Dining at Cafe Bella Dee was a great experience. The corner cafe has a welcoming entrance and a very cosy interior with plenty of seating, albeit someone condensed, my preference was the outdoor seating. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu is extensive and very reasonably priced. My highlight was the current caramilk twirl pancake special, you can guarantee they will be keeping up with latest trends. Fritters are always a favourite of mine but often overlooked on many cafe menus, but not here, so it's definitely another dish I'd highly recommend!

One of the best brunch experiences I’ve had in Sydney! Every dish they make is not only stunning, but it’s so flavourful and delicious. You really do get best of both worlds at this cafe.
Some of my personal favourites are their pancakes (so soft and not super sweet), their french toast (the crunchiest french toast I’ve ever had), and their brand new Cypriot Salad (the flavours in this fish were out of this world)! Their corn fritters and salmon benny are also very delicious.

For the most gorgeous, chic and delicious brunch dishes in Southern Sydney, you need to visit this beautiful corner side café in Sans Souci. I dined here recently on a stunning, sunny wintry June day where the sun was out, the coffees were flowing and the dishes were plentiful.
Let's start with the drinks. Order anything from your standard flat white or espresso, or go a bit fancy with a matcha latte. Or feel like something a bit fruity and fresh? There are a range of smoothies and iced drinks to tempt you and cool you down as well.
And as for the food, the menu re-invents classic breakfast and brunch dishes adding modern flair and new flavour combinations.
We tried the following dishes:
Coconut chia pudding - enjoyed the creaminess of this chia pudding.
Acai berry bowl - for something healthy, this is the go-to dish.
The pancakes - fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with berry compote.
The French toast - the crispiest French toast I've ever eaten! The secret was in the panko crumb crunch. Smothered in an addictive caramel sauce and topped with nut praline. This dish is was one of my faves.
The Rosie benny - as far as eggs benny's go, this is by far the prettiest I've ever eaten with it's signature house-made pink benedict sauce.
The corn fritters - one of the best corn fritters around, the amount of juicy corn kernels inside was generous and gave these fitters a nice denseness that was well balanced with the batter.
The pretty smash - who doesn't like smashed avo on toast?
The Cypriot salad - the blend of freekah, currents, pomegranate, seeds and beetroot hummus was like a party in your mouth!
I can't wait to go back to try the dishes again, this is a neighbourhood gem in San Souci, tucked away in the residential streets, but close enough to the beach.

When you find a unicorn you better ride it. Café Bella Dee is one of those rare gems that serves show stopping dishes and drinks. Not only that, the dishes are as tasty as they are aesthetic! Can’t pick a favourite but I’d definitely recommend getting the Açai Bowl. Refreshing and vibrant, the bowl is a great breakfast option if you’re opting for something lighter.

Cafe Bella Dee located in San Souci, is the perfect corner café for you to unwind, dine and feel carefree (San Souci is a French phrase for free of care). This quaint cafe is owned by a sister and brother duo and offers diners an indoor and alfresco seating, perfect to soak in the sunshine amidst winter. We tried a variety of delicious all day breakfast items. With so many delectable options to choose from, if ever in doubt, order the Corn Fritters! These were thee best fritters I’ve ever had, packed with juicy corn kernels and great flavour combination.

I’m always down for a pretty brunch! Not only does it look good but it has my taste buds buzzing! Cafe Bella Dee is situated near some residential properties and a short drive to San Souci beach! They have indoor and outdoor seating to soak in the sun!

I’m so excited to share with you one of the recent cafes I was lucky enough to visit. Upon arrival the decor has you feeling like you’re whisked away to the streets of Paris. The food here is exceptional (stay tuned for part two of this post later on this week). I was taken away by the beetroot infused hollandaise. It was absolutely delicious and the salmon was surely fresh! The party in your mouth did not stop there, the avocado on toast showcased the simplicity that fresh ingredients can deliver whilst serving some quality eggporn (see video on Instagram @foodbyzeebee—>) Cafe Bella Dee has an equally wonderful array of pretty cold and hot drinks too!!!
I just realised how hard live it is without my laptop around. It was stolen last July I need to bare with it until now (psst couldn't afford a new one up until now). Trying to sort up everything up especially when all those back up things (external hard drive and MMC) were gone with it too and I'm becoming such a bad blogger who haven't been update my blog for more than four months.
Cafe Bella Dee is a cosy cafe by the water in the suburb of San Souci in the South of Sydney. Now I usually don’t travel so far for food but had heard great things about this place so decided to road trip down here for brunch one weekend. We started with some drinks, the Banana smoothie and Strawberry and mint crush with strawberry, pineapple and mint. These were both quite refreshing and creamy, with lots of fruit and fresh ingredients. Next we tried the Chai latte which came with a cute honey pot. I loved the strong cinnamon flavour, it was the perfect drink on a cold winter day.
A really nice hidden gem near Sans Souci. The service was not bad, but what really impressed me is their plating. First, all the brunch came with big portion, especially the French toast. The toast was so thick with a sweet, purplish blue ice-cream. The flavour was not bad. And the salmon Benedict egg is more interesting with beetroot source. If u wanna have a nice shot, then this cafe should on ur list.
Got the I think it’s called ‘pretty smash’ dish here which was basically avocado, a poached egg, tomatoes and beetroot. Although the portion size was a bit on the smaller size I really enjoyed the flavours of the dish and staff were friendly although my friend and I also ordered a side of chips which took a while to come out (we both had already finished our dishes + chips were average).
Such an awesome cafe! Coffee was great and they even have lactose free milk. My partner got the poached eggs while I ordered the French toast. Service was super quick! My French toast was delicious, with the ice cream and berry compote on top just wow. Can't wait to go back and try some other meals.
UPDATE: Came back for a second visit. We ordered the chicken & beef burgers which comes with a side of fluffy yet a little crunchy chips. Both burgers and chips were scrumptious! This place is amazing, one of my favourite cafes, I highly recommend.

Picturesque little cafe situated not far from the waterfront serving beautiful food with warm greetings. If there was a negative it would be they don’t allow you to alter the menu. But it’s a small negative and the food was way to good
Vanessa: Nestled amongst the suburban streets of Sans Souci is Cafe Bella Dee, a charming and quaint cafe with decor that gives an elegant French vibe. Run by a brother and sister duo, this place is churning out seriously beautiful dishes that are perfectly plated to satisfy both the eye and the taste buds.
San Souci is French for “without worry”. The name resonates with the local community, who here seem laidback and like to take things easy. I wondered how this communal attitude would reflect on their menu offerings.
I came on a Monday morning and it was busier than anticipated; looks like one of the things to do here in such a quiet location is to relax and have a coffee at 10:30am in the morning.
Best coffee i ever had in sydney, i ordered latte and when i had a sip it was the best. Thank you for making my morning wonderful. I will surely visit again with my friends to have coffee.👍👍👍
Can it fault this cafe! Some of the most beautiful plates I’ve seen. Taste is no different. Full of flavour, great variety and you can tell how much love and care goes into each plate! Stunning
Had breakfast here and it was very good, the food was great, I had scrambled eggs on toast and side of muesli, eggs were great just small portion. Fiancé had the pancakes (pic) and loved them. Service was excellent

Cafe Bella Dee is decked out French provincial style both inside and out. Its set in the backstreets of Sans Souci but still has enough foot traffic for some grrat people watching from outside. We've tried to come here a few times but it always looks full. On a weekend morning. We finally made the quiet time just before midday and grabbed our seat.
The staff are lovely and attentive. The coffees are delicious and they came out quick! The caramel milkshake was rich and creamy. The mason jar is a nice hipster touch.
Our breakfast order was the Chefs Breakfast (5/5). The eggs were perfectly poached. The house made baked beans were large and goldilocks texture - not too hard, not too soft. The chorizo was crisp and a delicious burst of spice coats your mouth when you bite through that crunch. The sourdough you just use to mop up the sauce from the beans.
Our lunch order was the grilled chicken burger (5/5). The lemon and herb marinade was through every bite of the chicken and that house made sweet chilli aioli compliments the chicken perfectly. The whole package was wrapped in some nice soft brioche buns. The side of what i can only imagine were triple fried fries were amazing. Crisp and crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.
I couldn't find anything to complain about and I'll be back for sure!
This place is the best , I'm not sure why there score isn't up there but I go there with my three kids and am always seated and served everything perfectly . Great place .
I went to Cafe Bella Dee with my sister for a catch up breakfast by recommendation from my boyfriends mum. I was so pleased with every aspect of the cafe! We went on a week day morning so it was busy but we were easily able to get a table. I ordered the scone in a mug and was amazed by the value for money! The staff were lovely and the location was brilliant for parking. Definitely going back soon!
Driving past this beautiful little boutique cafe I stopped to have a look and couldn't help but buy myself a lemon meringue tart to go. It was legit amazing. A nice acidity from the curd and crumbly base. $5.50 takeaway can't go wrong.
Cute little place. Nice and quiet with plenty of sunshine. The scones here are the real reason I go. They are amazing. The breakfast menu has all your standard items though a little limited. The lunch menu is good. Sandwiches and burgers are great. I've had a pre purchased pie served up to me for $17 which was not impressive.
Very cute cafe with great ambience. A bit expensive and expect to pay at least $25 for a meal with a drink. Cute french theme going throughout is pleasant and menu has a great variety of choice. My favourite meal would be their chicken burgers which are very fresh and tasty. Congratulations on winning best cafe in the St George Local Business Awards 2016!
So friendly and accommodating especially if you have little ones. The staff are wonderful and the food and coffee match! Big fan of their breakfast there is a great variety of food for even fussy eaters. Five stars!
Cafe Bella Dee is an aesthetic cafe with a diverse menu. The food is a bit pricy, but it's quite good. The service is nice and has a great atmosphere. Would consider coming back again.
The location of this nice little cafe, was pretty quiet and surrounding houses gave me a feeling we were in some country town. It was a very pleasant Sunday lunch at this cafe yesterday, lots of local people brought their pets to dine here as well.
We have tried the fritters and pancakes, they were pretty fresh and tasty. Except, the rocket salad (with fritters) was fairly old and the poached eggs came with a piece of egg shell (lucky I didn't swallow it o.O). And the drinks were good.
Had breakfast here on the weekend and it was amazing. I had a french toast and my partner had eggs and bacon and both were delicious - couldnt fault them! Yum!
So many levels of deliciousness. The avo mash had a bit of spices in it which matches with the dukkah on the eggs. The pesto didn't fail to impress, everything on this dish complemented each other so well.
Great food and coffee :). We have been to this cafe many times for breakfast on the weekends. We have never had a bad experience. The food and coffee is really enjoyable! Highly recommend the bacon and egg roll, and the scone in a pot!
Food arrived!!!! My dish on the menu was actually meant to be bacon and eggs, but I swapped the bacon for chorizo and added a side of hash browns

A FRANCOPHILE'S HAPPY PLACE. Pretty cafe serving generous sized portions, although the salmon panini with sauteed spinach should have been served with two slices of panini, not one. There was way too much salmon and spinach on only one slice. The yoghurt is served in a generous sized jar and my friend struggled to finish it. Coffee was perfectly strong. The tea was weak. Only one tea bag in an approximately 2 cup tea pot. Also turned me off a little to be served tea in a white tea pot with old tea stains. Nothing a bit of vinegar and bi-carb or bleach couldnt clean. Attention to detail certainly helps with the impression of a place. We had to lean over to the next table for sugar because there wasnt any at ours. Once patrons sat at that table they had to ask us for the sugar too. Why can't each table have its own? As for the waitress, she was lacking in customer service skills and it was just awkward. Admittedly, food came out quickly but there was only 2 other patrons there when we arrived. We went in to pay, and the dark haired lady was unfriendly, looked stressed and couldn't manage a smile despite going out of our way to be pleasant. Owners, if you read this, please consider it constructive criticism and not an unjustified attack on your gorgeous cafe. You have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make this business pretty and I would come back time and time again if the service was better and the teapot was clean. A little goes a long way.
Popular lunch spot. The cafe was busy at luch time but we still got a table and were served surprisingly quickly. Food was quite good and the place is clean. A pleasant place to eat - a little off the beaten track!

My fav local cafe & Great Coffee!. My Partner & I discovered this cafe not long ago & have been going every weekend for breakfast ever since. I usually order the Salmon Panini but lately i've been working my way thru the menu & trying new things. i'm a fan of All Press coffee which they use at the Cafe, I always ask for my coffee extra hot & I get it hot! The staff are very attentive and friendly. I believe it's an Italian owners brother & sister. I recommend the Scones my partner just loves them. Its easy to find parking which helps to jump out of the car for a quick ta coffe. Overall great atmosphere, great food & Coffee.

Been here a few times and always walk away impressed with the food and service. I've been mostly ordering savoury meals for brunch, but recently decided to try their extremely photogenic pancakes. I was not disappointed! Absolutely delicious! Good value for what you get on the plate.

Great discovery of this hidden gem. Perfect grilled chicken burger and pretty mash, for all avocado lovers. Will go back for the refreshing Lychee Mojito, love the mint and coconut flavours! Great atmosphere for a lazy afvo.
Great food, great drinks and great service. I've had their honeycomb pancakes, pretty smash and the taro bubble latte, and they were all amazing. This cafe is also pet-friendly.
