Coffee Mug Scamander has the best toasties and Anzac biscuits plus great coffee. The customer service is amazing! We had the best tips for our trip and we visited twice during our two days stay in Scamander (so you can imagine how good it is). Definitely a highlight in our Tassie holidays.

We were on a bike ride from St Helens to Bicheno when we spotted the Coffee Mug container in the front yard of a house on the entrance to Scamander. Superlative coffee. Quite complex datk chocolatey flavour with a malt/hazelnut finish. Ham cheese and tomato toastie packed with delicious ham and tasty tomato and either sauce or relish with a beautiful flavour. Service is friendly and quick, but not pre-prepared.
