Yummy food! Super flavourful, basil chilli Was on the smaller side $23 for 2 dishes so it's well priced. Doesn't say vegan on the menu but they do offer tofu and veges option instead of meat. Would definitely go back!

Lunch today. The chicken was super dry. The peanut sauce was like peanut butter out of a jar. Waiting for the meal took almost an hour. Surprisingly as there were only 3 tables with 2 customers only. Forgot to bring the coke, forgot to bring the fried rice until after the meals were finished.

Just ordered through Uber eats a parang curry with lamb as the meat. Seems like 3 day old dry lamb was thrown in the portion size was pathetic the curry sauce was watery. Very disappointed. Have ordered before and had better food this was our worst experience.

Couldn't deliver on order as they ran out of prawns, then they didn't gave enough deep fried icecream.to cap it off they put their prices up that morning and didn't alter the table menus but wanted us to pay the increase, no way we refused to pay the extra.

I usually try not write bad review about a business especially a restaurant especially in these times, but I was dissatisfied with the food tonight. If it was just average, then I shrug it off and move on with life but spent more than $70 and expected good flavours but below average food. Batter of prawns were soggy and really distasteful when eating, BBQ pork wasn't really bbq flavour l, again no taste. Unfortunately the Baan combination fried rice had bland flavour. Entrees were alright I guess. Front desk was pleasant and nice.

Been to this restaurant a few times. Food has always been excellent but sadly have found the service to be sporadic at best. Once the order is taken the only time you see the staff is when the food is bought to the table. Now I realize we're not talking Michelin guide here, but surely napkins and cutlery could be provided before the entree arrives. We asked for napkins as the entree was finger food, very delicious at that, napkins were bought out, but didn't click that cutlery was missing. Mains arrived and one of our party of seven remarked that he was good because his main didn't require a fork. Penny drops and the girls hastily provide spoons, forks. But the food quality makes up for the inadequate training of the staff. I don't blame the young girls, but somebody should explain to them the basics of looking after your customers. With a little more effort this could be a delightful dining experience. Cheers.

We are on holiday from Cairns and dropped in a few days ago to try this restaurant out sight unseen. To say that we were blown away by the food and service would be an understatement. We finished up returning for more of the superb food and service. I highly recommend Baan Phaya, do not miss the opportunity to experience this excellent Thai restaurant.
