Was staying across the rd from Boho Espresso on a work trip. I had coffee and breakfast here 3 mornings and the coffee, food and service were all great. Loved the fact they are open nice and early too. Great vive and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

Owner is very nice and if you like (cold style) coffee, ask them to make the nut smoothy with a coffee shot, was amazing! Breakfast and lunch are nice.
Hands down, the best breakfast I've ever had! I'd fly back to Perth just to have it again. I can't remember the name, but it was a stack with hommus, poached eggs, ham, haloumi and dukkah. Terrible! Warm, raw bacon with un-rendered fat. Reheated, dry potato. One poached egg had no yolk - which was replaced with two undercooked poached eggs with raw whites in the middle. Explanation was that this is the standard to which they cook. I give up!
$16.50 for a pre made take away bagel that took staff 25 minutes to toast. Customer Service is apparently not included in the price.
