Thought I would pop in for lunch… big mistake. Advised that there was a 10-15 min wait on food even though the restaurant had only 4 people dining in. I am not unreasonable so ordered, sat down and waited…. And waited… and waited. It will become apparent that the online ordering gets full priority o
Worse Nando’s on earth you would experienced. Halloumi burger was real cold when served as if just out of the fridge. Ask for cold bottle water and was told to drink from the tap !
This Nandos store is consistently not good for take away. The chips are never well cooked or are very soggy, Today my pita had next to no sauce or mayo or even chicken in it. The lettuce was old and not cut up. (See photo).... VERY POOR.
Friendly staff, Paella was good should have gone Xtra hot over the hot, but tasted good. Crispy Bacon & Avocado Salad Chicken Tenderloin were dry. And chips were under cooked. For the type of restaurant was good value and other then the small issue above meal was ok. Parking free & access good.
Don’t know what kind of chicken is that!

Rarely have had a good experience here over the years (as I foolishly return as it's closer than going to Tuart Hill store). Nice food, ok service and good vibes. The reason behind the “ok service” was due to the fact that the cashier started to speak to the other operator mid conversation, the cashier was hard to understand over the noise behind them and their quiet voice.
