The best part of working in the waterman building is having these guys next door! Excellent coffee! Amazing assortment of lunch items and the cakes are just beautiful! The Asian pulled pork roll is a must try! I'm going to miss the staff but will be sure to pop into visit whenever I'm driving past!

Nice place to eat I really enjoyed the Soulvaki Wrap for lunch which is freshly cooked with salad and chips and the coffee is amazing!
This is a great venue to hold any event, In my experience we have held several events from 15 people up to our latest with 116 people.

Everything we have required is in house so no hassles with audio, catering, seating, fast and reliable internet along with staff on hand to help with any last minute changes.
One of the few options in Melbourne that has access to free on site parking is a real benefit also.
This is a great little cafe. If you work any where in the area, this is the place to come for lunch. The service is fast, the food is well priced and it is tasty. There is plenty of room for dinning indoors alternatively the take away is fast. They have a good variety of food, but as always with this style of cafe, if you come late in the afternoon there is not too much left.
Just had my mum's 50th birthday here on the weekend. They have great staff, very helpful! The food was amazing and the room and facilities were fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

We used 1330 for external board room facilities over the last two days and they were great. Service and staff were lovely, facilities were well appointed, meals were generous, fresh and tasty.
Excellent quality meals at a fair price. Great coffee. On a sunny day sit by the window at the bench top!
