Review Zarelli`s Cafe Ristorante - Seaford Rise

Such huge serves and the food Is fantastic. These guys are worth the trip, my God their food is great. That food is the jack Daniels schnitzel, that's what's left, it was so big. Oh and I love the messages on the boxes, small details matter so so much. A first class small business

We use to get Zarelli's quite often, but i think our business with this restaurant is terminated from here forward. We ordered our food to be delivered and what arrived was a mess. the bag had ripped open and our food fell everywhere in our driveway, the lids had started to melt into the food! I use to get the con pollo pasta and it was so delicious but now its a mess, a cream sauce instead of a red sauce with broccoli? like thats a pretty major change to a dish. and lets not even begin to mention how they managed to get the pasta choice wrong (chose penne, got fettuccini) and make it so dry but smothered in oil at the same time. i have seen the new owners replying to other reviews rather passive aggressively! even telling someone that it can be in any sauce, but why change it at all? why add broccoli? The arancini balls were 40% water and lastly the pepperoni pizza was loaded with jalapenos which is no fun for the person who ordered it as they hate spicy food! Based on the food quality, and the way the owners dont seem to care at all by using their passive aggressive replies as evidence. i will be telling all my friends who loved Zarellis just as much as me, how bad the new owners have made this place and showing them my photos as proof! So heartbroken.

Amaaazing food and service!! Went there with a few friends and absolutely loved it there. Very beautiful place to hangout with friends or family. Zarellis Penne was recommended to me by one of the staff members and it turned out absolutely FABULOUS. They really knew exactly what I wanted. Good portion and amazing flavours. A Special thanks to the staff members for taking such good care of us, great job team! We will be back again.

The food was amazing! I had the Polo Chilli Prawn dish and it was way better that I could have expected.. So many good looking items on the menu it was hard to choose one. Service & staff was flawless and the decor was spot on. Would highly recommend this place and will be back 100%

Ordered The Surf N Turf and garlic bread through Uber Eats. 3 pieces of salt and pepper squid ontop of the snitzel no garlic prawn sauce, chips cold & a rather pathetic looking salad. Garlic bread was overpowering with Minced garlic... not edible. Snitzel it's self was well cooked and good but ruined by the rest of the meal tho. Another worrying sign is when your food isn't sealed... Wouldn't recommend Zarellis to others.

This restaurant has good sized meals that taste great and fair pricing. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. It's great for group dinning, as a couple or somewhere to take the kids for a night out. It also has a nice outdoor eating area. Public toilets are right next to the restaurant which is good. They do takeaways as well which is helpful. If you love a big schnitzel this is the place to go for it too. Oh, it's also had a ownership change which has made a 100% positive change to this restaurant so if you've not been here for a long time I recommend that you check it out as it great place to eat.

I ordered dinner through Door Dash last night, the driver was waiting at the restaurant for 15+ minutes for my order. When we got the food the chips were luke warm at best, the burgers were hot, but for the price I was expecting better. There was also a tiny amount of sauce in a small container that was hard and firm like it had been sitting for way too long.The restaurant also left a note in the delivery bag blaming the 'uber driver' for the food being cold, that just made them look bad as I could see exactly how long the driver had been at the restaurant for. I won't be ordering from them online or in store after that.

I used to love Zarelli's and I let everyone know. The new menu is really disappointing and lacking in quality. I didn't know there was a change at all until my husband brought the food home and said there was new servers. I ordered my usual bruschetta and the mozzarella wasn't the bocconcini (fresh mozzarella) but melted cheese on bread with a thick layer of chopped garlic from a jar. The prices are higher and the quality clearly doesn't measure up. I am going to miss the lovely waitresses as much as the food that used to be. I am leaving my friends to review their own disappointments. I really just want my money back. Fair warning ⚠️
