Last night have a Veal Fungi and a Mix grill. Very disappointed. The Veal and steak were old and overcook. The female stuff who served me was very not encouraged. Is it going down hill？

Although the food could be better presented, lately there is a lack of salad and chips on the plate.
The chicken parmigiana and other chicken meals plated was over cooked and very flat for a breast.
The sauce was to runny not thickened.
The squid was slightly over cook

Good food, reasonable prices, good off-street parking. However, service left a little to be desired......incorrect orders, no effort to deliver all meals at roughly the same time, one meal overlooked completely, then that was not what was ordered, drinks were delivered in an untimely manner.
Had an awesome night with some friends the other night! So excited to see that things are looking up for primo! We loved everything about this place. The food was great and reminded me of back home. We can't wait to come back and try new things on the menu. We came here and tried the primo pizza and avocado pasta. Service was also amazing! I highly recommend it 👌

Absolutely the best calamari I have ever eaten. I was so impressed with the price, with a family of 7, price is important. The food was far better than any of us expected, will definitely be going there again.
