One of my favourite Japanese joints on the North Shore and Northern Beaches with great quality Japanese food at affordable prices.
The staff are always so lovely and friendly here.
1 favourites are the Beef Udon and the Seared Salmon Belly Nigiri, which I highly recommend.
Local tip: Book in advance if you can. Especially on weekends as this place gets packed 🙂
The service is very average..... however..... they are extremely friendly and always smiling, and the food is beautiful and well priced. The lunch menu is an absolute bargain! Starting from $10 and all is delicious.

Great japanese food! The slightly more expensive prices is worth it for the large portion sizes and quality. The Goma noodle salad is a perfect side.
The food here is amazing - every single time that I go here I get the spicy tuna roll - it is absolutely delicious! The sashimi is also really fresh, one of the best I've had in Sydney
If you want BYO Japanese and excellent food and service this is the place for you.
Fresh Japanese in a nice restaurant with lovely staff. Very delicious hand rolls are available during the day and good quality sashimi. Only negatives would be that the menu is a bit limited and the agedashi tofu could be improved as it is very sweet. When I say limited it is because there are only a few types of rolls available for dinner (no california, large salmon, fried prawn etc); only one type of udon; no ramen and no donburi. Please consider extending your menu.
Went to this casual family Japanese restaurant at 5:40pm on a Saturday and a couple of tables were occupied. "Table for 2?" Well, every table was booked except for one by the door. Very quickly the place was packed and many hopeful dinners were turned away! The food is delicious. Started with Kingfish Carpaccio and grilled salmon nigiri. Generous portions and very tasty. Followed by bento box teriyaki salmon (which also included tempura) and cooked tuna inside out roll. So much food we brought some home. So happy I have this as my new local. Helpful Hint: book book book!
Good value, no nonsense local Japanese restaurant. Tasty and generous serving size, popular amongst locals, it's a fairly small place that gets full pretty quickly.
I thoroughly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki Udon, which wasn't on the menu, thank you!! Really fresh delicious food, what a gem of a place. Chef and other staff were very warm and welcoming. Can't wait to go back and try the creamy truffle scallops!
Very good local Japanese restaurant. Our first visit, only had sushi & sashimi which was good. Looking forward to visiting again to try other menu choices.
