My weekly wine purchase is usually the same excellent Pinot Noir for $14 but the $12 Shiraz is awseome too. Can't go wrong here all wine is excellent no matter what your budget is.
Wonderful selection of wine, spirits and beer - and lovely, helpful service.

Had the pleasure of meeting Suzy and the team. Very friendly atmosphere.
Loved this small wine store. Great wine selection to purchase. Atmosphere was lovely, drinks were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our antipasto platter. Prices are reasonable and staff is very attentive, friendly and efficient.
đ±Lizzies first impression: A neat little cafe situated on the busy strip of Seddon on Victoria st. If you walk past, youll almost miss the fact that you can sit down and order some grazing platters.
đ©Lizzie enjoyed: We ordered the salumi board and the pate with bread. The staff here are really knowledgeable about their wines and the food. The extent of their service to ensure that the wine is still fresh is astounding. The pate was delicious and was sooo affordable - the staff even gave us more fresh bread! what a win. The salumi platter was delicious with all the fresh local produce of prosciutto and salami. Wine we ordered wasnt bad too - overall a great experience.
đ
Lizzie did not enjoy: There are minimal tables as it is meant to be a wine store afterall, but a great place to graze and drink wine in my opnion.
đ„Lizzie rates overall: love that Seddon has these bars and wine stores as theyre all opened at night time too which is perfect for locals.

Having visited Seddon Wine Store numerous times over the last few years, we can confidently state that there are few better.Â
Despite the (small) size, there is an awesome array of wines and really good charcuterie.Â
Price for value is excellent. Staff are very experienced in wine knowledge and are happy to assist with choices.
Their sister store in Ascot Vale is equally as good. (It's closer to home)!
great selections of australian and international wines, boutique beers and really good quality charcuterie. Nice ambience and service too. Reasonably priced.

A great wine store. Staff were super friendly & helpful they created a seat for us when there wasnt one & then quickly moved us as soon as one became available.
Wine selection is awesome & again staff were there to help choose if needed.
We didnt get a platter this trip because this was a perfect pre dinner drink place however the platters looked really good & weâll be back to try them out.
Seddon Wine Store is 20 seat wine shop/bar which offers over 500 bottles of wine for customers to take away or enjoy in the store, along with some great craft beers too.
Great little wine shop with a nice collection of craft beers and some thoughtfully sourced local gins and whiskies to bolster the extensive range of vino on offer. A food menu offers light fare to accompany drinks â ideal for pre and post dinner conversation. Drinks-wise, if you're looking to venture beyond wine, you may find the selection of cocktails and spirits available to sample a tad limited, but the staff are, for the most part, gracious and attentive (despite being occasionally vexed or overwrought when the place gets busy).
I have been coming here for many years. This is the perfect place to enjoy a civilised glass of boutique wine on the weekend or week night. You won't find your stock standards Dan Murphys collection here, but a much better select range of curated wines from all over the world. The staff here are experts on everything Vino. I often enjoy spending time at the bar trying a couple of wines by the glass. There is also a small selection of snacks, breads and cheeses to tie you over. This is wine heaven.
Always a great place to drop in for a quiet night out/in. Smooth friendly service (like you're visiting in their lounge room) great knowledge of wines (as you'd expect though isn't as common as you'd want in some places) and a good few nibbles to go along with it all. Shame that sometimes it's so darn hard to get a seat. :(
My Top Spot in Seddon for a drink hands down. A thoughtfully curated list of wines by the glass and bottle to takeaway, or if you choose to you can grab your favourite drop from their selves and drink it with your nibbles for a small corkage fee. Informative staff and a great selection of some of Australia's up and coming wine makers as well as some benchmark wines.
What a great concept! Been going there for sometime now and has alway been good! Nice little bottle shop but enjoyable place to for a nice drink!
If you can get past the pretentious patrons and get a seat (which shouldn't be as hard as it is) it's quite a nice place. The wine and service were good.
My new local. After reluctantly moving to the western suburbs, life was made better by discovering SWS around the corner. There is a great selection of wines by the glass and by the bottle, fantastic service and friendly locals make it my new favourite catch up space. And when an after work drink turns into something more like a bottle, the small nibbles menu has more than enough choice to replace dinner if you don't want to move.
Top Spot. Excellent wine selection, both by the glass and retail. Consummate service and helpful knowledge. Interesting and simple tapas selection. I highly recommend the Seddon Wine Store for an enjoyable wine experience.
A.Bongiovanni on one side of the street, & Seddon Wine Store opposite.
What more does the street want?
Great place. Enjoy
This place is fantastic! Great atmosphere, great selection of beautiful wines and nibbles to match. Great job guys.
Nice!. My partner and I frequent this place regularly and we are constantly impressed by the staff (one guy in particular) knowledge of wine. We always have tasting plate and it is consistently amazing. Recommended.
I have a nice smug feeling because this is my local. Regardless of the "wine mood" I'm in I find a fit! The staff are relaxed but very knowledgable....after many a selection they've never let me down. Haven't had a bad wine yet. One of my FAVOURITE things is to sit in, have a glass or two and enjoy a tasting plate. Pure class. Love it.
So very lovely!. After successfully completing Dry July (and raising a few hundred dollars in the meantime to raise money for the Cancer Council) I was very much looking forward to spending my 1st August celebrations with a lovely glass of red wine. Seddon Wine Store was indeed the special and warming place Iâd hoped for! Itâs a small store, however my husband and I felt quite comfortable and relaxed seated at the bar. To be honest, it was quite romantic! The staff were very helpful and recommended a lovely Spanish wine that was quite reasonably priced and delicious. We also ordered a âGrazing Plateâ consisting of prosciutto, pork and pistachio terrine, goatâs cheese, pickled onions, olives and sourdough. It was all very lovely and we were quite impressed with the portion size compared to the price. Weâll definitely be back! :)
Class and sophistication upon arrival with enticing tapas menu and huge wine list to impress! Inexpensive and friendly service will make a pleasant drop by of our new fabulous tapas & wine bar.
What a neat little spot. Called in to grab a drink whilst waiting for my girlfriend to have her hair done at coco honey across the road. Great selection of wines and good beers, really attentive service and no wine snobbery to be found. Highly recommended and will be back for a snack attack.
Wish I was a Local. After several years promising myself to visit Jeremy's wonderful wine store I recently made it there with some friends. Its a warm relaxed environment where you are surrounded by lots of seriously good wine and what Jeremy and his staff don't know about their wines isn't worth knowing. We came to drink and as usual the girls sipped some lovely wines and we boys worked our way through some great beers. Its amazing how many people wander in empty handed only to leave a short time later clutching an armful of quality wine. The snacks and platters are excellent quality. This is a gem of a local watering hole. Its as serious or as relaxed as you want it to be. I wish it was at the end of my street.
A great find. This is a very good local wine shop with knowledgeable and patient staff with good suggestions.
The idea of offering nibbles in a wine store is unique and adds to the shopping experience.
Very nice little addition to seddon's expanding options.
Love it here ... Was already a failsafe as a great bottle-o, now with the addition of wines by the glass and some great antipasto nibbles and cheese, it's a great relaxing option for a Thursday or Friday night.
Seddon Wine Store is a jewel. I wander in there with a rough idea of what I'd like to drink then enter into some chat with the staff who are quick to help with suggestions. They have a broad list of smaller wineries and some microbrewery beers. When I was
