Today we dined at The Victory. Many of us had the braised lamb shoulder, oh Wow!! That was the best meal I've eaten in a very long time! In saying that, all our meals were of a high standard and everyone enjoyed their meals. Will definitely come back. Thankyou for a great lunch. Highly recommend
Had the most amazing meal this evening. The Kingfish & scallop just melted in my mouth. Then had eye fillet which was cooked to perfection so tender the meat. Really disappointing.. I wanted to support local and happy to pay extra for the view & location but will not be going again…this is the seconded time the Victory has been sub standard…I would never complain the first time everyone gets a second chance….

The victory hotel has the most amazing food lovely and friendly staff. I'm especially giving a shout out to Jacob he is so funny makes everybody laugh. He is so friendly with kids and is the best waitress ever!
Had an hour and a half wait for food, which, when it arrived, was great. Very poor table service, including a waitress who didn’t know what a wine list was, when we asked to see one. Told to speak to bar staff, where we were informed there was not a drinks menu for the tables. Very disappointing,
Food: The food here is fabulous and extremely consistent, the Victory Burger would have to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. You can taste how they use real ingredients and a real patty. I haven’t found anything on the menu that isn’t great.
Wait Times: The wait times are hit and miss I h
We had a wonderful experience on Saturday night for mum’s 80th. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with moving us away from a table that was in the thoroughfare. They kindly moved us to the cellar below which made it very special. They consistently checked on us to make sure we were ok.
