The seagulls are literally flocking to Shellharbour to get their beaks on the famous chips from Harbourview Takeaway. Serving sizes are unrivalled - the small chips fed me, my family and half a million seagulls with plenty to spare. Chips were cooked to perfection. A 10/10 for flavour and a 10/10 for crunch.
The service was spectacular, staff members showed real personality.
I usually am very happy with the food here but today our fish cocktails were cold straight out of the fryer, also the gravy was cold 🤨. Will try again next time we're in Shellharbour & hope it's better as it was a bit of a turn off...
The owner was great but i tried to speak to one of his staff which was a somewhat larger male with red hair. Just so the owner knows who it was. About a small problem I had in store and was completely ignored without 1 word from that guy and he turned his back on me and continued other stuff. Waited in line with a 3 year old for around 20 minutes only to be told I should go to a different counter and try there instead . Everyone was as helpfully as they could be with the rush they had except this one rude boy. Terrible customer service from the red head boy. Please speak to him about his work ethic please..5 stars other than that guy
Been going here for years, really nice chips an hamburgers, tonight's meal was one of the best. Thanks guys keep up the good work 👍
