Every week day drive thru cafe staff ask what I ordered and I have to drive fwd to wait for 1 coffee. Asked to again today; I watched FOUR cars behind me pick up coffee and leave. They forgot. 1 out of 20 of my orders comes in a timely manner.

Over all pretty good maccas store except for one thing....if you order extra sauces with your meal you can bet 95% of the time they don't put them in your bag.not huge but so disappointing when you get home and no extra sauces that you paid for.all the time
