Chicken "burger" barely had any chicken on it,the small piece that was there covered half the bun and was cold and dried out - a very disappointing meal :(

Three times in a row we have received the wrong meal. Rang up once again and said you have to go into the store. Said I can't and still waiting forty minutes for them to organise a driver. Last time they said they will give me a refund. I said that doesn't help me with my family dinner. Never again.

Just got red rooster from Shellharbour absolutely garbage chicken wings were crispy as unburnt totally uneatable for my kids chips on cooked with two chicken rolls with crispy chicken on it was totally very disappointed when I rang the place up she’s told us to bring it back We live quite far away f

Staff rather rude. Bloke taking order 3 times insisted i wanted a meal 3 times i said NO just the chicken Roll. I ended up being very blunt getting frustrated. Food was Reasonable Shame about the service

They have traditionally roasted chicken dinners with potatoes sweet potatoes and peas and AMAZING GRAVY for only $11 . Just like mum makes ..highly recommended

Drive thru was a little slow, my order seemed quick but the car in front took way too long. Food was great though, fried chicken rivals KFC easily.

All the food has shrunk. Tenders were just stringy bits of crumbed chicken that barely resemble what they used to be. The rooster rolls are pretty much half the size they used to be. Only ok thing was the chips. Whats happeed Red Rooster? Very disappointed.

Stale /old and overcooked chicken which can easily damage your teeth oj first bite- Terrible experience!!! Never going there again for sure
