Review My Mates Pizza - Shepparton

Phenomenal. Very interesting middle eastern take on pizza. I ordered the thin crust tandoori chicken it was amazing. I love how they added a sour cream dip with it, it was the perfect combination. I live 2 hours away from Shepparton but I always look forward to coming here.

Hello dear readers, let me tell you of me and my experiences of My Mates! My Mates lovingly hand craft a delicious pizza, right in front of you if you are in there for a pick up, you watch a master at work, taking a base, and spreading like an artist's fine hand the tomato base, then with the precision of Picasso, they cascade your favourite toppings onto the base. As you watch your wonderful pizza being crafted, you are able to do contemplate the savings you are making. 3 large pizzas, garlic bread and coke, is what my family and I commonly get, and enjoy for brekky and lunch and....well leftovers, LoL's. Who doesn't love cold pizza. Buuuuut, I digress, under $40, I know this is still a blow to some of our budgets, but you can get allot of food for that price, and if you split the costs with mates boom, yummo. So after all this, you are handed your glorious masterpiece by very friendly staff, that ask you to have a nice day. What could be better I ask you? LoL's P.S all food in My Mates is halal certified. 👍😁👍

I ordered a pizza from this shop and there had been a mix up with mine and another lady's pizza. The other lady left the store with my pizza and returned it stating that she was given the wrong pizza. The cashier then proceeded to charge me and hand me the pizza that she had just returned. I told him I would not accept second hand pizza in which he stated that he would make me a fresh one. After this he placed the old pizza on top of the oven. I waited around 5 minutes then I watched him grab the same pizza from the top of the oven and hand it to me pretending that it was a fresh pizza. At this point I decided to give up and throw my pizza in the bin. I shouldn't have been charged for a pizza that someone else had taken home and returned. I won't be returning here again.

Over cooked pizzas, and barely any topping. Definitely won’t be going again.

Chucked it in the bin. Waited over an hour for delivery and when it finally showed up it was cold. Cheese had gone hard and chewy. I was starving and I’m annoyed I wasted my money on a pizza that tasted like cardboard.

Ordered a pizza at 4:45pm wasn't delivered until 6:26pm. Estimated delivery was 6:05pm. If you want a pizza fast order it somewhere else.

Great pizza, just so over being told pizza will be ready at a certain time and then 20 or 30 minutes after that its ready. Tried delivery tonight as a last ditch attempt but its already 15 minutes late 😭.
