Review Noodle Box - Shepparton

For the first time, I was disappointed with Noodle Box in Shepparton. I have always ordered a small serving of the Japanese Crispy Rice from here, and it has only ever come in the same sized bowl. This time I ordered the next size up and was disappointed to see I got the same bowl as usual but with even less food ( just over half a bowl of food). The meal was lukewarm, and a little dry because there wasn't enough sauce ( but I added some at home). Usually, the food is better than this- they need to work on consistency.

0 starts was not an option. Phoned an order through for pick up, the person on the other end hadn't heard of the dishes, even though I was ordering off the menu. Was told 10 minutes to pick up. Got there 25mins later, still hadn't started cooking it and was out of broccoli for the thai beef broccoli dish. Could have told me that on the phone. Walked away with nothing.

The service was fantastic, the price is good as serving sizes are very generous and the food itself is delicious, well worth a visit.

Ordered Pad Thai & Mongolian beef, both just tasted like nothing but chilli, when we inquired about it we were yelled at by the Asian lady serving us. My Mongolian beef had literally 1 piece of beef. Don't order here unless you want to be ripped off.

The food was good, super yummy!! Really love their efficiency, even I take away the food to home, it is still hot. Ambient was good for waiting for food, friend staff! Definitely will support this local business again!

Serving sizes are generous. There's a large selection of noodles and rice dishes.<br/><br/>I had char kway teo which is a stir fried rice noodle dish with pork, shrimp, bean sprout and other vegetables. I asked for medium level of spiciness but it wasn't spicy for me. I found it a bit oily and the pork was BBQ pork which I found weird for this dish.<br/><br/>Efficient and friendly service.<br/><br/>Satisfies Asian craving.<br/>

Very salty and oily! Not so fresh! Sunday most of restaurants are closed,so I have no choice but to pick this one!!! the worst noodle I've ever had before! It is a nightmare!

Its the worst noodle I never had!!. My husband and I just had a very bad experience at the noodle box. I ordered the Pad Thai noodle, but the noodle smells burned and no tastes at all. My husband's nasi goreng is just some kinda chilli sauce mixed with noodle. The staffs wouldnt like to fix the problem for us, and had very bad attitude. What a disappointed franchises noodle box!!
