Review Europa Deli Cafe - Shepparton

Nice sandwiches, beef pie was great. Quiche was also enjoyable not too salty. However watch some of the best before dates on the other shelf and freezer stuff. Some coffee beans were roasted in Jan 21 thus not very fresh. And some stuff in freezer was just on date which is odd for freezer items. Also would be better to not use polystyrene boxes Also went again tried the veggy slice. I got served the smallest portion out of the five on the shelf. Portion sizes need some QC. I asked for another portion but told no.

Lovely service, great array of products. 1 crabby lady that every time she serves me she is just not very hospitable and leaves service as soon as possible which has twice left me not getting everything I wanted. But I go back as all the other staff are lovely especially the young ladies. Great food and drinks also.

Staff are nice and always pleasant. But warmed carrot cake?? Seriously? Melted cream cheese topping on carrot cake is not desirable. Tastes awful. You managed to serve cold veg slice last time. Not good odds of returning. But your staff are friendly.

Wonderful staff and very fast service. Yummy food and an Assortment of delicious cheeses, deli meat, olives and wonderful sandwiches. Browse the shelves for chocolate and yummy goodies. Pleasant place to sit and have a bite to eat. Highly recommend.

Sat down at 1125, daughter went to the counter to ask if she could still order of the breakfast menu as it was due to finish at 1130. One lady said yes that’s fine but another said no you need to order something else from the lunch Menu. We did order something else, from across the road and got what we wanted, a bacon and egg roll. What’s a minute in good customer service!
