Review Domino's Pizza - Shepparton

First time ordered, stuff crust and spicy meat. Was good, but not very hot. Second time order, bbq chicken had mostly what tasted like tandoori chicken and some bbq sauce put on top. Also rhe vegan meat was a bit burnt. The vegi on thin crust was ok thou. Not the best but not the worst, typical domino's

Feeling lucky if we got one whole prawn on one slice of garlic prawn pizza. No taste of garlic, spinach leaves( if that’s what they were!) dry, burnt and shrivelled up and melted cheese and sauce was thick and cold. Very disappointed 😔

Very disappointed in domino's service very poor customer service no one understands english placed a order not only to be mucked around wring pizza's tried charging for the deal and only to be brought half of what we order was promised the would be back in 10 to 15mins with the right order 1 hour and half later still waiting only to find out the had cancelled our order🤬🤬🤬

placed an online order and my pizza was delivered to the wrong address. when my mum called they accused her of lying to get a free pizza and then hung up on her. when I called they asked for my delivery address and then hung up on me also. almost $30 of food I didn't get. don't order from here.

I rang dominos pizza after i was waiting for an hour for my pizza and they said it would be there in ten minutes, it took another half hour to come When I got it, it was rubbery and the drink was 3/4 full, I rang with my concerns after trying to get through for about 45 mins, after talking to the guy he said he would replace the order and it would be out within 30 minutes. I waited for 1 and 3/4 hours before I fell asleep it did not come. I rang the next morning to see what happened, the manager said he couldn't send it out now because it was the next day. When he wouldn't help me I said I would ring head office, I asked what his name was as I was not happy with how he dealt with my concerns and I was going to talk to head office about him and he refused to give me his name. And then ignored me on the phone , I could hear him there but he wouldn't answer me.

Ordered pizza delivery, quick serivce and generous toppings. Only downside was one of the pizzas were undercooked. The dough was still soggy, ended up putting the pizza in the oven at home

The mgr or owner have me a great deal with my order. Living on a farm, it's a treat for us to get a pizza. Domino's have never disappointed us.

Hopeless, these guys are an absolute joke.why are we still putting up with them! 3 hrs later and still no pizza.. Not representing the Domino's brand very well! @dominos North Shepparton, if negative stars were an option I would rate them minus10.
