Place is absolutely awesome, dining staff are always friendly, Buffett can sometimes be slow to be stocked up but the pizza is always good. Same for delivery pizza arrives hot , lots of topping and tastes amazing. Keep up the great work

Came specifically for the all-you-can-eat deal. We were asked if we had any preferences and were given all 4 even though we were the only ones in the restaurant! They came out fresh and fast, maybe too fast since the cheese on a few were not fully melted. The service was good and fast and place was clean. I'd give it one more star if their salad bar food was a bit better, but it tasted a bit bland or like food out of a can.

I've been coming here from Melbourne for the last 13 years and enjoyed every time, but however I've come here tonight and it's been an expensive disappointment for I'm here to feed 4 of us. Pizzas are coming out way too slow, the chicken pizza has thigh pieces, the salami tastes a bit past the used by date the only decent pizza had some bacon on it that's was the only fresh one that tasted nice. I think these guys are holding back a fair bit and probably need to hand the reigns over to more professional people. The place is pretty clean but the food situation needs to improve dramatically. I won't be back until its under new management, I get they're doing their best but they're not up to it. To run a good pizza hut you have to be on top of things and all systems go go go! Salads and desserts were good however but major failure in the pizza area

Poor service, walked in and only 1 pizza out. Was assured that more would come out as we were going to go else where, should have listened and gone Chinese much better. waited 30 mins for this to happen. Husband only got 4 slices, soft drink was flat and hot and no ice available, staff watched you eat and feel uncomfortable . Would have been cheaper to have got takeaway and shared

Please people listen to the reviews on this page you are wasting $17.95 for the all you can eat and $3.95 for the unlimited soft drink (which has no ice and tastes flat). As said before there are barely any pizzas already there and when topped up only one pizza at a time. It’s a truely awful dining. I’ve also contacted Pizza Hut Australia over this location.

Go for the buffet (all you can eat) 10 out of 10, last went in 2018, hope I can go there again. Problem, you can't support a local company in here, instead the company is American owned like Maccas!

Dine-in is really not worth it. It gets too busy and the kitchen cant keep up, we sat around waiting for pizza to come out then everyone jumps up at once. Salad bar was empty, ice cream machine running out and unless staff were asked nothing was being replaced.

Website says free cheese crust but was told in the shop it didnt apply with footyfeed so paid extra for it and still forgot to do it apart from that was a good feed.

Food was ok but I thought it could have been better. Pasta dishes were cold.

Busy with only a few tables left. Pizza was slow to come out at the start. With a table of 15 people and 2 slices of pizza available, we were a little concerned. After 10 min the pizza started flowing and never slowed down. Desert and salad bar was always topped up and unlimited soft drink hit the spot. At $20.90 on a weekend ($16ish without softdrink) it wasn't bad. Not terrible pizza and reminiscing about child experiences made the atmosphere perfect.

Came here on a Saturday night whilst staying in Shepparton over the weekend. Cost around $20 per person. There were no other people there at first but changed quickly. Pizza's came out promptly with around 5 different varieties and there was a selection of salads, pastas, and a few deserts (mouse, jelly, brownies, soft serve). Pizza tasted good and so was the other food. Employees were polite and continually checking on the food. Although the inside of the place appeared bare and had little ambience, was incredibly quiet until more people began to arrive. Overall decent experience. Though nothing extraordinary.

Dined in for all you can eat. Wasn't much selection. 2 pizza choices, 1 pasta choice, hot chips and garlic bread. Dessert only jelly or chocolate cake with soft serve. Wouldn't go again.

Worst place I have ever eaten. Pizza looked like it had been here all day
Only 4 different pizzas to choose from
Pasta salad and potato salad is all they have to offer for the "salad bar"
Dessert is moose and jelly and Icecream.
Paid $42 for old pizza, sour tasting salads, watered down drinks and runny ice cream
Do not come here!

No pizza here.. Terrible. dont ever go here if you actually intend on eating pizza. oh and forget about actually speaking to the staff, it seems they only know how to grunt.

Most disappointing and depressing pizza hut.
Service was bad, pizza and pasta had been on bain maries for the whole day and were dry and had few toppings. The pasta salad was sour, and likely off. The icecream was runny and the jelly hard. The place was empty, for good reason and 'the works' was overpriced. It cost an extra 3.99 for one person to have 'unlimited' soft drinks. Left disappointed and with the old memories of pizza hut all you can eat birthday parties left to the good old days.

Worst Pizza ever!. Ordered a Mega meal with their call centre, consisting of 3 large pizza's, 2 garlic breads & a drink. Arrive at the store only to be handed 2 pizza's a drink and a garlic bread. After telling the guy it was wrong, he had the balls to show me a printed receipt with the order. All good and well, but i know what we ordered! Tell the guy to fix it, only to then wait another 15 minutes. Hand the guy a $50 for $36.30 charge only to be handed $3.70 change, tell the guy i gave you a $50 and again have him argue then release he was wrong and correct it. FINALLY; get home to find the order (pizza's) are wrong, and rock hard. Ring the call center and have a 30 min argument with these people telling them to bring us the right order and replace the whole meal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, there service is pathetic and there values are completely wrong!!!!

It's declined significantly over the years. As a teenager I loved this place, would eat here every single week. Now it's 20 years later and I gotta ask, what happened?

Selection's gone down significantly. Used to be there was a pizza bar, a pasta bar and a desert bar. Now it's all merged into one and the selection from each has been reduced to only 3-4 different items. The pizza has similar amounts of topping as a cheap store bought pizza and the pasta is low quality.

Prices are outrageous and the service was terrible last two times I came here. I really couldn't recommend this place to anyone, except maybe people with little kids as the staff don't jump down your throat when they drop food all over the floors (which are the type that resist this type of thing)
