Came here for dinner on a Friday night with my partner. Staff were very friendly which is always a plus. As far as atmosphere goes it's a tavern so it's pretty nice and basic. The meals were really nice, the pork belly was melt in your mouth, parmigiana was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Chips and salad were fresh. Highly recommended place for dinner of you're interested in honest pub food

We came as a group tonight visiting from Western Australia and this place was brilliant.
The food was not only lovely the sizes were huge and the staff are an absolute credit to the place.
We will be coming back before we head home for sure.

Smithfield tavern has a great atmosphere. ....๐๐๐๐.Its not overly busy but not completely quiet. ....๐๐There is adequate seating, TV's and an outdoor smoke area.

Very friendly staff and they had fruit in the VIP area!! Bistro wasnโt open for a late lunch unfortunately so we didnโt stay long

Great staff members, the food is to die for and now they have bought out those new burgers yummo and the selection of sauces is wonderful I have like 10 different ones each time.

We (hubby and I) come down for dinner a few times a month and I cant say enough how much we love the food thats on offer..the steak is spectacular and to be honest everything we have tried, we have loved...everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is great!!
