McDonald's Smithfield is a complete madhouse and I say that as a compliment to the staff.
My wife and family went through there on Easter, and it was insane with the amount of traffic the place gets.
The Manager processed everyone quickly and the people there we're wonderful. Our Breakfast McMuffins, Soy Chai Lattes and everything we're made to perfection and more.
Great spot, it's a mad house - but a sign that it's a top place!
My pre work burger joint. Quick service food has always been good there. One time wrong burger, rang the store and they sorted it out.

Food is always hot and tastes great because this is one of very few stores that takes pride in ensuring the food they send out is actually edible. Burger buns and fries are NEVER old and stale and the employees I've encountered in drive thru have always been positive and professional. I totally love coming to this McDonald's store! Also the frappes are always full to the brim and not half empty.
