Hair in food, frappes filled halfway (good 2 inches off off the top if not more), chips were chewy, disgusting service with huffing and puffing when we asked to have them filled (and get what we paid for) he then proceeded to chuck them on the counter, like it was a chore to have customers. Meanwhile a customer walked in and pulled out cold chips out of their order, and asked for hot ones (don’t blame em). Obviously not enough training as food is not up to standard. Not going to be coming back after that episode. (Red dragon across the road tastes pretty good, so give it a go)

Got delivered cold Chips.
Meal was correct but I added extra pickles yet 3 of the burgers had none and 1 had 1.
Only gave 2 stars as was delivered very quick. Just don't understand how it was so cold

I’ve never experienced service bad enough to make a complaint before.
11pm last night your staff weren’t working, were either outside smoking in the non smoking area or inside switching all the lights in the premises on and off leaving us unsure if the 24 hour store was open.
Refused to take our order because apparently their computer screens were down, fair enough i understand technical error but to then witness the manager yelling and swearing at an Uber driver for asking why he was left waiting half hour for an order was too much.
Your staff is in need of serious customer service training before there’s a police incident.

Staff Ignore customers and doordash/uber delivery drivers. Always a long wait for food here and numerous times you get there late at night and get ignored. I wouldn't waste my time going here. Staff need training and management or whoever owns it clearly needs training too if they let this happen. Worst McDonald's ive come across.

Coffee was terrible even my sister who loves Mac Donalds coffee couldn't drink it. The ham and cheese toastie was so bland and not sure if you could get the ham any thinner

My pancakes were not very hot.
I did eat them and they were ok.
I felt it really was not value for money.
I will not go out of my way to get a meal

Every time they forget something that is Smithfeild because they are all retarted even the managers witch they dont need as there is no management is there system they never give me a reseat and when i ask for my food replacement that they tell me to come back back and get they stair at a book and do nothing to costumer sevirse better

There is customer service sometimes. Normally have to ask if you can be served, they seem to ignore the customer. The Uber drivers are more important. What has happened to decent Customer Service.
