Recently called into Donut King Smithfield for the first time, sloppy service having to chase up for a fork & napkins. In the Half hour I sat to drink my Cappuccino & eat my Meat Pie not once did I see any one of the three young waitresses wipe down any table only removed trays & a few cups.
Unhygienic table service & certainly wouldn't rush back with their sloppy attitude.

A few weeks ago I visited Donut King Smithfield and the service was lovely! as I waited I noticed the waitresses quickly cleaning leftover rubbish and wiping down tables, very hygienic. the only gripe I have with the place was a strange old man taking photos of the roof and girls working... I mean he took atleast 11 he just was going at it, I've never seen someone eat a pie with a fork either... :0

Excellent doughnuts and you can sit down in the little cafe area that they have a have a coffee as well. Take the famously for lunch as they do excellent hotdogs. If you don’t want I buy single doughnuts they have little bundles that you can change up to make it suit yourself. Highly recommend. Go check it out. They are also hiring extra staff.

The owner refused to give me a donut then started to do the Macarena right infront of me. I was disheartened by this behaviour so I called the police and filed a restraining order in order for my order to be properly ordered. I got my donut and it was delicious but I’m knocking off points because of how unprofessional the manager was being. I sued him for 10 million dollars but ended up getting 2 million and bought a house where I make my own donuts

Love your doughnuts and chocolate milkshakes and your ham and cheese toasties and my mum loves your cappuccino's. We will have to make the most of your doughnuts while your still here, it stinks what centre management are doing. We hope you find a place somewhere else will miss you guys.☹☹
