Just sensational general good store with reasonable prices good nosh and great coffee. Dependable. Never misses a shot. Busy in summer time and winter with tradies.

Terrific burgers- yes that does taste like the Big Mac sauce-, lovely focaccias, chips and a delicious brownie.
No waiting, food already prepared.
Return visit on same weekend- better than being disappointed elsewhere.

Fresh burgers and nice variety. I liked my "peri chix" burger but more spice would have been nice. Not too oily and well balanced with salad. Would love to come back if I'm around the area.
Excellent burgers in a casual setting, away from Main Street in Sorrento. Will make my way here again. Had the outlaw burger, panko crusted beef patty and an awesome mustard based sauce. Friend had the Deluxo, with 1.5 chicken crusted panko. All for less than 20 for 2 pax.
Best burger I've ever eaten by far. Such a hidden gem and from the outside you would have no idea it would be this good. I live in Hawthorn with plenty of burger choices but this nails it perfectly.
Had a The Lot burger while my partner had a Deluxo (chook schnitz) burger. They were both really good. The sauces were particularly good and compliment the beef patty and schnitzel respectively.
My one gripe is that the The Lot burger is totally different to that of other establishments in that it doesn't include pineapple and beetroot, instead, they use pickles. It was essentially the same ingredients as a Big Mac...
Be prepared to wait a while as this place gets busy and they were pumping the whole time we were there. The staff were friendly, which deserves applause considering how busy they were.
Delicious, excellent home made food! Nothing can beat a great coastal milk bar with ripping food! 10/10 worth every dollar.
Personal tip: try and of the homemade slices.
Traditional type burgers done to a high standard with good quality ingredients. Will definitely return. Good sandpit for kids.

Was after a cheap meal in Sorrento, and saw this place on Urbanspoon with some good reviews. Wasn't disappointed at all. The burgers are great! The sauces and condiments on the burgers remind me of Maccas, but they are fresher, bigger and taste much better!

Had the Caesar hamburger on the recommendation of the staff. It was pretty average to say the best. Did have earlier experience were the hamburger was great
Want a sausage roll? Or how about a great burger? If you do then head to the general store. It's like stepping in to Brunswick so if you don't have a tattoo the you probably aren't cool enough to enjoy one of the delicious sausage rolls or burgers with the lot. The sandwiches are amazing, get a schnitzel one. Only suggestion is to toast the sandwhiches. I consider myself friends with the owner now and he calls me dude. So I'll be back!

Best in Sorrento.. My husband and i stumbled across this place by mistake, and what a hidden gem it is. These guys have the most incredible selection of interesting Foccacia and Paniini, we had a panini of smoked chicken and camembert and it was delicious without the Sorrento pricetag. All the foccacia etc seemed to be priced around $8 which is great considering the enormous serving size. We also had a homemade "Grandmas" cottage pie which the owner told me was made by his mum which we enjoyed too. This place is trickier to find but worth the search.
