Stopped into bistro 21 for lunch, nice spot on the beach. Had the special of the day. It was cooked to perfection, lovely light meal on a sunny day. Had ample indoor seating, had to swoop in to get an outdoor table as they were in high demand.

Takeaway coffee service was slow. Sit in lunch service was better. Pho with chicken was very nice. Special pork belly fried rice was delicious as advised by my wife.
