Cecil Hotel - Southport - Photo album

Friendly welcome from the lady behind the bar, walked in to the sun drenched door on the corner main entrance. Spent a couple of hours there and thought I'd order lunch. Ordered crispy skin salmon medium rear more rear. Came back fully cooked, returned the meal and asked for medium rear or rear agai
Nice local pub with good daily specials. Can’t do much better than the Parmi and a Pot for $15. Good value, and it was pretty good 👍👍
Jimmy was such a great bar tender, his customer service was outstanding, couldn’t think of a more friendlier professional staff member. Thankyou so much for your hospitality! This will be my new regular! Thankyou for such a great experience, I’ll be back :)
Overweight Aussie 20yr old thinks she can speak any customer likes she wants... I'm a regular and was so disrespected towards me, other managers great. She doesn't deserve any pay
Staff were lovely but the food was terrible :( kids bolognaise was inedible, kids pizza was meh, Diane sauce did not resemble a Diane sauce, steaks were overcooked, chicken Parma was pretty average. The steak sandwich was the only half decent meal of the lot. Very disappointing
I was both surprised and impressed with the Cecil Hotel. While I am definitely not a Pub person, the meal that both "She Who Must Be Obeyed" and I recently had at the Cecil was well above average for a number of reasons. #1 The staff were welcoming, polite and service oriented. #2 Table service -
Excellent service by Gim, very accommodating and thoughtful. $15 lunch great value and good food. Highly recommend.
Food was pretty good but highlight of the night was the service from the manager on. Think his name was Jimmy. Well done young man.
