Directly across the street from the Police Station this could be the safest place to eat in Queensland. This is a tiny but very clean restaurant with indoor+outdoor seating. We had lunch here and enjoyed a quiche and salad, and a BLT sandwich with cappuccinos. We found the staff super friendly and helpful (lots of police present too).
Note: there is no washroom in the restaurant. Ask for a key and visit 2 doors down the street for a very clean washroom.

Best service ever!!!! I don't get a coffee everyday but they still remember my name when I do. This morning while waiting at the traffic lights the owner waved to me, signalled with a hand motion "Do you want coffee " then by the time I had crossed the road and paid, my coffee was all ready for me. Awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Pleasant staff. Unfortunately they got both coffee orders incorrect and on the menu it stated the dish came with sourdough, instead I received a piece of white sandwich loaf. Lots of happy regular coffee customers though
