Review Goha Korean Restaurant - Southport

This is my 2nd time eating here. So satisfied with the food and service. Meats are tasty although not the premium meats… auntie and uncle are good… has doubts before I ate here because of the reviews. Eat here if you’re really hungry and it’s worth it!

Fantastic food. Great service. Kind staff. 1:30 all you can eat and a kindly Korean uncle keeping an eye on things. The sides are top notch and the marinades are on point. 11/10 we'll be back soon.

The worst experience. The taste of the dishes is average. But the service is very poor. Especially a woman in the restaurant. Maybe she is the boss. They did not allow us to drink the drinks my daughter bought outside, and even took away our drinks. I am speechless. If you are not a Korean, I suggest you never go. If you are Korean, maybe you will get better service.

We had the most fabulous time here - excellent selection of marinated meats (the spicy pork and bulgogi in particular were amazing). Great service, amazing food, and will eat a ridiculous amount of meat here again! Adorable mum and dad shop, and the Korean dad was 11/10 fantastic!

Wow this little restaurant is outstanding. They are really on the ball. Husband and wife team. They are so welcoming and efficient. Food is super fresh with a broad selection to choose from. Loved the pork and beef. The real specialty is mum's kimchi and her cabbage carrot salad. We'll be back.... and we live on the Sunshine coast ☺️

I don’t understand the negative reviews - I have been here multiple times over the last few years and they continue to improve. The food is great and good value for money with the AYCE. They are very attentive with changing grill plates and the selection of meats is great.

Very very good food, highly recommend pork ribs, well marinated. Reasonable price, very clean and friendly, if you are not sure how to cook the owner can help you. Best Korean BBQ I have eaten outside of Korea.

This restaurant is disgusting. Worst service and rude owner. It’s not worth it.

Great selections for bbq (meats, seafood and veggies). Whilst the food is great, I do agree with other reviewers regarding the ventilation. Just need another air condition unit. Also boss lady needs to stop glaring at patrons when they're getting the food. At times I was uncomfortable getting the meat for our table and would send my friend instead.

Nestled in an inconspicuous nook of Southport, this place ticked all the right boxes. Clean, super friendly (thank you to the owner / older lady) who fussed over me and an helped me through my 1st Korean BBQ experience. Great selection of beef, chicken, seafood (mussels, prawns, crab, whole baby squid), and Korean condiments a plenty. $29.95 for a buffet of great food and great atmosphere, 10 out of 10!

$29/per person for a korean bbq buffet. A small restaurant in Nerang St. Been here twice actually. The ventilation of the restaurant needs to be expanded. The restautant was full of customers but the issue lies there, the of the ventilation wasn't enough so the restaurant was full of smoke and wad unpleasant which made the dining experience was a shocker

Great traditional Korean food here, tried almost everything in this restaurant never been disappointed. Try the pork wrap, pork bone stew or the BBQ buffet

Been looking for Korean BBQ buffet for a long time. A friend recommend this one, and it's very good. Very busy in the evening. The service are lovely . The side dishes taste nice. Definitely will come back .

There's something greatly satisfying and comforting about sharing all-you-can-eat BBQ with a group of friends. It's also reassuring when your group contains 3 hungry males because you know you're not going to run out of food or rack up a ridiculous bill. We stayed at Goha chatting away for a lot longer than we should have because the restaurant started closing down around us. Everyone was so smiley and friendly though and we had a great meal and even better time catching up.
