I’m so disappointed to give this place a bad review. Their juices and food are really nice and it’s the perfect spot to grab something healthy for my kids to keep them occupied while I shop. But I have never had a positive customer service experience here. The women working just could not care less. They clearly hate their jobs. There is never someone on the till and even when there’s no one waiting, it takes 5 min for someone to ask if they can help and it always seems like they’ve been inconvenienced having to serve anyone. It’s just so disappointing how constantly awful the customer service is 😞

Great juices but the girls working here reaaaallly seem like they don't want to be there! Fair enough, no one really loves work but given how much you are paying for a juice you'd expect better customer service!

It would be nice if the $8.50 large mango smoothie I bought actually tasted like mango, not just apple juice. Overpriced and not worth it. First time visiting here and won't be coming back.

Terrible customer service. They’d rather leave you standing there waiting to be served for 5 minutes and do other things and just look at you rather than actually serve customers so we left.

One of the worst places i have been to here in qld ... Rude staff specially a tall guy with dark hair. No desire in help or get the customer satisfied. Overpriced acai smoothie ($8) for one frozen bar of acai coconut water and strawberries. I have been to many other places and ask for the same and got way better service and smoothie. Not to mention the poor hygiene the place presents ( specially being located at gasworks ) totally disappointed! Never again

After many trips to quench Gasworks, I hate to say this may be the last. This place would once thrill me, now all I keep getting is watery, tasteless coffee smoothies, or protein berry smoothy that tastes like blueberries and chalk in a cup. Seriously, the merlo coffee smoothie, fix it, because it used to be a stunner

The staff were really rude. Watched one of them juice an apple with a sticker still on it for my green juice and when I asked if she could make me another they were pretty rude about it. The girl juicing had to flip through about three apples in the crate before finding some without plastic stickers (yet decided to still leave them in there for future juicing). I don't even think she apologised. If I'm paying 8 dollars for a juice I don't think it's too much to ask not to have plastic in it.
