Sea Emperor - Southport - Photo album

A well known secret.. this small establishment is probably best known for its buffet. However look a little closer and a little higher and you will see it also does traditional Malaysian laksa and stir fry. Do yourself a favour and leave your comfort zone by trying an authentic Penang style laksa
Poor quality and taste. We couldn’t eat their food at all. So disappointed. Waste of money.
Love this for lunch on Wednesdays. Favourite is the egg, battered fish with sweet and sour sauce and fried rice so delicious. Would be great if there was a vegetable and tofu option for those that dont eat meat or chicken.
My partner and I come here 3-4 days a week for the past 3-4 months at first the quality wasn't that great because the food sat there for a long time, but it's been so much different lately everything is definitely more fresher, I always get a medium plate and make a mountain it's amazing. Amazing service, food and staff!! Love this place!
Been here twice and its pretty good for Chinese food. Not much variety though, all your favourites like black bean, honey/sweet and sour chicken/fish, prawn crackers, run of the mill Chinese. Both times the food has been fine. I do sorta get the feeling that they deliberately hang around you as you
The black bean sauce was discusting....eating salt by the spoonful would have tasted less salty and the sauce tasted like over thickened gravy. The sesame bread was dry and tasteless. Potato scallops were nice. Nice honey chicken. Would not go back again though.
Great food. Friendly, welcoming staff. Some of the best noodles that I have ever enjoyed.
