We went this morning 19May 22, ordered 2 coffees and avo smash. Very ordinary non personal service and the worst coffee ever from any zaraffas, AND I asked to use free coffee in z card which she didn't do, or say thank you. VERY POOR!!

Best coffee I've ever had in my life. Was asked if I wanted to try the special blend for an extra $1 or so. Well worth it. Didn't even need to add sweetener it was so good.

The coffee is always so gross when i come here. taste like dirt water. i always ask for vanilla never taste like it has it in there honestly the biggest waste of money. Better going to the coles servo to get one of there $2 coffees which taste better…

My local, staff are great and handle the madness of the AM rush with ease. It's a well oiled machine, there can be 15 cars in line and you'll be lucky to wait 10mins to get your order. Keep it up guys!!

Ordered a standard cappuccino and it tasted of milk and almost no coffee. Honestly Mcdonalds has better coffee and has 2 shots standard instead of 1

Worst coffee on the Gold Coast. Every time without a doubt my coffee is burnt and my food is scorching hot. Only end up buying a coffee there because the drive though is convenient. Won't be back

This is my favourite zaraffas because of the handy drive through. A lot of the time when I'm in the area I will zip through. The coffee is as good as any zaraffas but there needs to be more drive through coffee places like this.

Better than Gloria's. First time in a Zarraffa's and was impressed! Although the ice coffee wasn't what I wanted (most places in Australia can't fix it correctly) but the cappicinos and lattes were great... Better than Gloria Jeans!

The last year I've been working on my thesis, and without the support of my local zarraffa's (although technically I guess I'm paying, so I'm supporting them), I would have gone insane in the membrane. It's not because of the quality of their coffee and cookies (although for most parts they are not bad) that I needed a coffee break.
