This is the worst KFC in Queensland. Cold raw chips, dried out fillets every time. I recommend driving 5 minutes further to the Runaway Bay store. Will NOT be back.

Worst KFC IN THE WORLD. Lucky my son enjoys cold chips that r munched up. Chicken was stale and dry. I asked for some forks and napkins. I was handed 5 spoons. Was improved the second time round when i brought it up. Maybe stomach acid was all it needed.

Orders consistently come out wrong in the drive through. Last time we ate there we took the food home and realised it was wrong, then drove it back to the shop. I watched the employee take the chicken I had been touching and put it back into the hotbox. Lost interest in eating here after that.

You can't have high expectations from a fast food chain that employs teenagers at minimal wage. For what this establishment Is I'd say It's simply adequate. If you are after the whole social experience with satisfying ambiance and presentation then I suggest you find your way to a pricey restaurant.
