Very average experience eating in here today, our order came out with no ice in the drinks, no napkins, cold crunchy chips, cold quarter pounder and a group of staff hanging out chatting at the counter while customers hovered around. Kids happy meals were good and they enjoyed the playground…

We definitely don’t eat Maccas very often but with a tired family, miles away from home and starving hungry this restaurant failed to disappoint. Fresh burgers and fries and clean facilities. Thanks a bunch

Went through the drive thru around 9:15pm 01/04/22. The young man who took my order was very polite, very professional and decently enthusiastic. The food came out fast, fresh and tasting better than any other McDonalds I’ve been to! Would highly recommend based on this experience :)

Worst service ever. Not even busy but it took more than 15mins just to give a happy meal + burger on the side. Even forgot the juice for my nephew. No one is even at the front to serve customers.

Worst maccas ever almost everytime I go there they get my order wrong and I swear no one is over the age of 13 they got no customer service skills and 1 of them looks stoned of there trolley everytime I see them what's going on new spearwood maccas
