Last 6 times i have gone to this KFC, i have had to park my car and go inside to pick up missing items i have ordered. This is continuous. I understand that young teenagers aren't going to be the best workers under pressure, but the overall management and service needs to be improved indefinitely. N

I order from kfc spearwood all the time. Doorddash. Always the best!! If they can't supply an item I always get a cool little apology note and something else. Excellently cooked and always hot. Great service. Well done night team Kfc Spearwood, that's my team. Many thanks!

Was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for my order of chicken when I got to the window , waiting wasn't mentioned when I paid for or placed the order , but where I was to pick it up . I Was asked to park and wait on the car park , not a chance turned my car off and sat and waited 21
Should probably tell people before or when they're ordering that the meal you want is missing items instead having them sit in drive thru for 15 min and not getting what they want absolutely pathetic
