A very disappointing experience from start to finish.
We booked for Mother’s Day a party of 18. Was informed they could not confirm the booking until full payment was made. Because we had such a large group I thought, fair enough.

Terrible…my advice is don’t bother. The service is so slow waited over an hour for our meals and over 40min for a drink. The front of house Manager is no where to be found and when you finally do find her she’s rude. If you want a good night out go somewhere else
Easter Sunday shambles - booked online staff member hadn’t checked online booking so my table wasn’t ready, no one was there at 8am when we had Ordered food waited 45 minutes for sloppy eggs and cold food. The service was horrific under staffed clearly not prepared to cater an event. Waited 40 minut
Refused to refund Mother’s Day meal with over 24 hours notice. Would only give gift card. Still waiting for that. Not sure how legal it is to keep money when no service acquired. Had to cancel due to illness. Very bitter taste left in my mouth
Top Food worth the visit
Steaks and Salmon are perfectly cooked.
Only negative point is the Beer Glasses are not " Beer Clean" Draught or Bottle beer looks flat and does not keep a proper head..
