Review Domino's Pizza - Springfield

I don’t have many word for this… uncooked, uncut, size, toppings? I really think you guys have to do a proper train on your staff, seems like someone doesn’t want to work there. Ps: I already have sent you all information and pictures on your website. I just want to share my experience for other customers.

Uncooked both pizzas.. soo yuck! They need to cook them longer as put love in it. It’s never busy there so I don’t know why they are rushing. The one in Orion is 1000% better and they are busy as a bee. Sorry guys. Put more love in it

Jack is a great delivery guy! Our pizza was accidentally set to the wrong address and therefore the wrong store for our area but he went out of his way to call the correct store and get our order replaced rather than us having to re do it online. He was super polite and just really genuine, things like that are what make customers have great experiences :)

I have ordered a spicy peppy paneer pizza with extra cottage cheese and this is what I received. I called them and they wanted me to bring back that pizza and made new one for me. I went there and showed them what they have made. The second pizza they made was totally different from what I ordered so they had to make new one once again so I had no other option to wait and my time was being wasted. My friends kept waiting for me as i had get to catch them up for the party. The supervisor was having lack of experience in handling guest complaints. She didn't even apologized for wasting my time.

I ordered a XL cheese pizza for kids and was having dinner with family just opposite restaurant. While opening box found bacon on it so requested staff to deliver a new pizza as can't leave dinner half way. But unprofessional staff refused to do so and compelled me to pick pizza half way leaving my dinner with family....ridiculous service and standard

Thought I give it a try after hearing bad experiences here. 18 dollars thats the pizza I got, my hand was bigger that a large pizza. Lacked toppings, missing key ingredients and poor customer service. Go somewhere everyone no wonder the stock went down, should be closed for good

We ordered 4 pizzas and one was the wrong one. So they said they would send another pizza. When the pizza arrived it was once again the wrong pizza. It was supposed to be a vegan pizza but both times they gave us pizza with normal cheese. Not sure if the staff are high or drunk? Never going back there again.

Never had a problem with an order, but it was most certainly the slowest Dominos I've ever been to. If you're looking for an easy 20 or 30 minute delivery guarentee or receive a free coupon, then these are the guys to get it from.
