Great friendly service and delicious food and coffee, try anything that has the homemade BBQ sauce on it. It's delicious!

Iced coffee and iced chocolate are terrible value for money. Glass full of ice with cream on top (no ice cream, unlike everywhere else). We drank what looked like 3cm of fluid before our drinks were all gone, and we were left with glasses full of ice and cream on top that we couldn’t drink with straws, and it was seeping into the ice cubes anyway. No spoons because there’s no ice cream. At $5 and $4.50, it’s MUCH better value to order a normal coffee. $5 for about 60mL of cold coffee. NOT what I get when I order a 500mL iced coffee anywhere else.

Beautiful seating area, shady 4 seater under an umbrella on a balcony by the cafe. Was waiting for 3rd party when offered water before ordering. Very much appreciated in hot weather, I always like table water and no other cafes offer it and I have to ask for it. Very friendly woman, always a pleasure. Ordered favourite meal, pancakes and caramel milkshake. Great prices, great portions, great quality. Milkshake arrived shortly, huge and i got very excited. She explained that they make their own caramel syrup and I died of happiness! Pancakes were fluffy and sweet and the maple syrup is delicious! Very happy customer.

I had an absolute great time at Dark Horse this morning. What a great place to meet friends and family. The atmosphere was so welcoming and social. The owners go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. The food was great and the staff were happy to add on some extras to my meal. All in All I would highly recommend this beautiful cafe.

Fantastic new menu, so savoury & delicious fresh baked goods, new stylish deco with the most comfortable cushions! AND a beautiful deck for outdoor ambience, lovely attentive staff & great service.

A lovely cafe with beautiful coffee, delicious all-day breakfast and lovely staff. The bacon is THE BEST. Crispy without going into "if you touch it, it shatters" territory. They very thoughtfully have tubs of toys that are perfect for keeping little hands busy while the big people eat.

Friendly staff, fantastic service, great coffee and awesome food. Have been going irregularly since it opened and never had a bad experience. Recommend very highly.

Went to the Dark Horse Cafe for breakfast on Saturday Morning, we took our puppy Daisy - where she had her first puppychino. The food was amazing - my wife and I had the Keto Breakfast (please keep the Keto menu) - the eggs were cooked exactly as ordered. Bacon was cooked perfectly. So refreshing to find a great local cafe with the best customer service. We really felt welcome. The coffee was fantastic - well done to your Baristas. We will certainly be back and have passed on our great experience we had to our family and friends. Thank you for a great breakfast and an amazing start to our weekend.
