Just loved this place, best pho and best service, we will be back again.
Fav pho place in Springvale for sure. Would recommend
If you're heading to Springvale and looking for great traditional Vietnamese food then this is the place to go!
Pho Chu Le are one of the OG restaurants that have been around for an extremely long time and with good reason. Staff are always smiling and friendly when greeting, food is constantly amazing and you get a sense of being in Vietnam for some reason, its great.
Being Vietnamese myself i hate saying this but, the food here is better then my Mums.
I've eaten at all the restaurants in Springvale, nothing compares. This place has been my go to for the last 12 years.
Our go to local restaurant for Vietnamese food, great variety but the Pho & BBH are the dishes we always come back for! Great service as well ☺️
With fewer customers around the Springvale area, we were able to snare a table at Pho Chu Le even though it was lunch time on a Sunday.
We ordered a couple of their noodle soups. The bun bo hue was a pleasant surprise. The broth was spicy and slightly sweet while the noodles were cooked perfectly. Meanwhile the beef and chicken pho was generous in portion and packed with meat. The pho soup was clean and tasty. There were the prerequisite bean sprouts and sate sauce.
Looking forward to coming here in winter for some heartwarming noodle soups!
Came to eat here with my parents. It was a nice relaxed environment, the staff were welcoming and nice through out. Food was great, there was a wide selection to choose from. Thank you to Paul who served us, he was kind and patient.
Friendly staff and excellent service. Best broken rice in Melbourne. Their variety of noodle soup are pretty damn good too. Always have satisfying feeling after visit this restaurant. Never fail us.
Pho is delicious and hearty. Portion is generous too for the price tag. Always order springrolls on side for sure. Place is always packed but service is very efficient.
Tried the bun bo hue and the bun vermicelli noodles. The place was packed at lunchtime on a Sunday. It is quite clean and despite the crowd we managed to get the last free table in the restaurant. I ordered the medium bun bo hue ($11) and my partner had the bun vermicelli noodles. The soup in the bun bo hue was so flavourful - packed with the fragrance of lemongrass - and it was sweet. The most delicious bun bo hur broth I’ve had. The noodles were soft and slippery and the beef was tender and in generous chunks. The bun noodles was fresh and flavourful with different textures and a generous serve of pork. We also ordered the vegetarian springrolls which was OK - I wasn’t a fan of the potato in it, it made the taste a little odd. All in all a good place for great food at a really reasonable price. I’ll com back again to try their pho!
This place been there 11 years.since I tried out all the pho restaurant in springvale shopping center.i have been their regular coustmer for 7 years.this place is best place to eat pho,the soup is flavor enough, after eating never feel thirsty or feel bad.the stuffs always can remember ur choices.fast and friendly service.the best choice is spicy beef combination if u like spicy.lots of meat I never can finish them and the rice noodles be cooked perfect.11 dollar for the regular size pho.good value for you must try it out.
Went for dinner on a quiet new years eve night. Was originally in the mood for pho but decided to opt for rice due to the heat. Ordered the Chu Le special fried rice. It had hints of curry and a decent amount of squid. Was very happy that dish was not excessively oily.
Opens very early so we usually eat here everytime.
