Restaurant overcharged me and would not accommodate discussions to resolve the issue. Menu listen an item at $12 however i was charged $17. Another item was listed for $10 and she charged me extra for all of those without explaining why. I substituted the meat in one of the dishes for another meat,

Good Vietnamese food at a value price. Lots of selection besides my favourite which is "Special Broken Rice Combination". Definitely a must visit if your in Springvale area. As they are located away from the main Springvale shopping area parking is easier to get.

Bought takeaway for 4 adults and 2 kids. Food was very good. A tad expensive but definitely a recommend.

Introduced to this place by a couple of friends of mine. Typically used to go into Springvale central for Vietnamese food but will definitely be coming here more often now that I know about it!

Fried rice was burnt and has prawn shell in it & the chicken in black bean had no substances flavour was very watery and too much onions
