I ordered online via Door dash and Worst experience with Tandoori roti. All are burned and fully black, taste like a charcoal. you can see in pics. Waste of Money and time

We ordered “chefs special paneer Kashmir” and curry we had looked like this after we ate all paneer. Curry was pricey and certainly not worthy. The curry was full of sultanas and raisins as I guess chef was in love with sultanas. Cooking is a fortunate skill please don’t make it unfortunate. Pathetic curry!!!

Last Friday night my partner and I went into Punjabi Thali. Springvale Rd is under construction. We we're given a 2 chair table. The road workers were using a very bright light on the street. The light was falling on my face. There were other tables, about 10 of them free with 4 chairs. I asked 1 of the staff member if I could have the 4 chair table so I could sit on the other side so the light wouldn't fall on my face. Her reply was "we can't do that cause we're busy now". I was pretty disappointed of their customer service. I spoke to the manager, she gave me the same reply. I told them to pack the order to take cause I was very unhappy. There were 10 or more free tables and the excuse they gave me was that they were busy. Very bad customer service and none of the staff members smile at you. Such an unwelcoming environment. I will not be going there again.

Disgrace to Indian food. Food is bland , tasteless, pricy . I ordered daal makhni and it was like a water with few lentils. No flavours of traditional Indian food. I won’t recommend it to anyone , won’t be coming back. Ps :- keema means Goat guys not minced chicken pls get some qualified chefs

I went to this place last night with my family. The food was so cold and rushed. Makhani on the sabji was stale and tasted weird. We ordered mix veg which was old and cold. I wouldn’t recommend going there. Paneer sabji was rushed and you can tell they just threw paneer into the gravy without even cooking it properly.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Melbourne. Great, fresh food, good customer service, karan style chicken ( not in menu but ask)...Omg best chicken I had. Highly recommended to visit.

My partner and I had the goat curry and butter chicken for dinner Friday night and left us being food poisoned until this Sunday morning. We were shivering like crazy, temperature was high and vomiting non stop. We had to ask our parents to come take care of our kids as we couldn’t do anything. Not happy.
