Ordered a 2 person bundle through Uber eats. Missing both drinks and both cookies. Rang to ask for them and the person we spoke to said it wasn’t her problem and nothing she could do. No apology, no care given. What we did receive was stone cold and wrong (extra marina sauce missing, etc)

Ordered through uber eats and the entire order was ice cold & on the wrong bread. Great job guys. Just because I didn't want the bread toasted doesn't mean I want the chicken and meatballs ice cold. Nothing was missing though (for the first time yet) so they get an extra star. Ordered for convenien

When you order a BLT you expect to get bacon, lettuce and tomato on it, and just add anything extra as my 76year old mother did. But not if you buy from sobway you only get bacon mayo, and the cucumber you added

Served by several people who were okay but not as amazing as a girl named Casey, not sure if she was new, she was a little unsure of what she was doing BUT despite whatever was happening, she was the most polite and friendly subway staff I’ve ever been served by :) thanks Casey!

One of our favourite takeaway shops, super helpful and friendly staff, delicious subways, clean and tidy restaurant, rather busy but staff were calm, composed and efficient. We'll keep going back.

Really hope that when the road works finish that they still maintain their extended hours! 😂 Great subway, good service and generally kept clean. The staff are young, and sometimes when I’m in a rush I wish they’d hurry up 😆 but at the end of the day, they’re so friendly, polite, action my request
