If you go to Arndale Shopping Centre you need to stop at the Biscuit Cafe and enjoy a beautiful coffee with any extra food you desire. Lovely people with great customer service. The coffee is amazing and the food very tasty and healthy. Everybody seems to be enjoying their time at this coffee shop. Hardly you won't be disappointed.

Normally pretty good but today the pumpkin soup near cold, and advertised sourdough not supplied. Just got 2 bits ordinary white .
Only 3 stars today but u can do better !

Eggs Benny with bacon 👎 eggs tasted off and bacon tasted like it was cooked in the oven. Sorry but coffee was ok. Good cup cake thingy too.

this place isn’t much chop. Staff are not friendly and the owner walk around like she’s better then her customers. I changed to the other place. Much nicer people if you ask me. The lady that makes the coffee here is nice though.

It has been over one year since my last review so made a trip to explore yesterday.<br/>On the way to the counter, my gaze was caught by the daily special signage and the scrambled egg with toast made the picture of egg sandwich in Hong Kong so gave it a go with a flat white.<br/>Coffee came with strong aroma and the Lavazza brew was not bad at all. Next came to the table was the savory dish. Although the presentation was not what I expected, portion and taste made me satisfied😋<br/>Previous rating: Mar 2019 4/5; Mar 2018 4/5

Love this place . I will always keep going back. Great staff who are always nice, great food always cool /made well and great coffee all at a reasonable price. And if you ever did have a problem the ladies there are glad to help.

I had my 1st visit there on a Saturday with 5 others, I ordered coffee and raisin toast Menu states 2 slices $5.50 and coffee $4.00 which I paid total of $9.50. When I received my 1 slice of toast and questioned the waitress, she went back to counter check, then proceeded to tell me I had only paid for 1 slice. Being 1st visit and not wanting to make an issue, I thought I must of read it wrong. I checked the menu on this site and I was not mistaken. 1st and last visit.

Not impressed with the lack of customer service, over priced(store bought) sweets and dirty tables. I would MUCH rather use the MacDonald's drive through in the same centre on my way home from shopping.. at least they will not try to charge me extra for paying for my coffee with eftpos...

Meh. One girl makes a good coffee - all the staff definately would rather be somewhere else. The food is typical shopping centre fare - sweets bought in etc.

Diana. This little cafe tucked away in the Arndale shopping centre serves consistantly good Lavaza & tempting sweets. Service is always prompt & cheerfull too.
