Some hard to get Pinoy dishes is available here. Decent serving and quantity per order . I'd come to this place if only I don't live so far away.

The foods tastes like the usual things you can buy in a "turo-turo" back in the Philippines. But being in a foreign country you would still definitely love the pinoy taste of the food. Also the price of the food here is kinda cheap.

Dishes taste like they're home made, tried most of their dessert but for puto bumbong not enough taste however the espasol is lovely😍 Their Embotido is yummy my Aussie hubby loves it. Halo-halo is good but I feel too much for one person, definitely need to be shared by 2 people. The people are friendly n welcoming. The place itself can feel a bit cramps/tight but overall.... Food & customer service is great👍

Such a lovely and welcoming authentic Filipino dining experience. We were very curious about what was on offer and the little old lady who greeted us fed us very generously. We walked away with extra treats and the promise to return.

It's Quite Poor Quality! The Place is small, dirty and dank! The food was greasy and salty. The food lacks in presentation and does not taste fresh & hot! I caught a train from the city just to eat here (2 hours of travelling).

Buffet is value for money. The food is quite decent for $25 per head. Drinks all inclusive. The halu halu is a must get that's the gem of this place. Just wish we can self serve instead of the owner bringing us large portion of each type of dish. So our bellies aren't filled quickly to try more food. This place is very homey, and would be popular among uni students who want a big feed for not much.

Having just returned from a two-month long visit to The Philippines - my 6th trip there in the last ten years, I can credibly say that Lasang Pinoy is the closest yet to authentic everyday Philippine Foods that I have tried in Australia. I have tried Philippine Restaurants in the cities & suburbs of Sydney, Melbourne, Perth as well as in several other places. I have sampled a mix of eateries attached to Philippine grocery stores to up-market "fine dining" and in my opinion Lasang Pinoy is the best Philippine Food that I have found. The Sinigang Baboy was "spot on", the Kare Kare (although never my favourite dish) was good. The Crispy Pata was "maserap", the rice cooked perfectly. There were many other Philippine favourites on offer as well - pork adobo, etc. Desserts were there a-plenty with Leche Flan, Sapin Sapin & naturally "Halo Halo". I could not fault anything except that it is a little bit out of the way being at St Albans - but if you have transport, then it is well worth the effort. The fact that they serve Red Horse Beer - my favourite - is a plus, but is not a factor in my choice of this restaurant being #1 for Philippine Food in Australia that I have experienced. If you are Filipino or enjoy traditional Philippine foods, then I can thoroughly recommend Lasang Pinoy. Try it next time you are in the area - you won't regret it!

The foods are great and reasonable price. I went to a different filo restaurant kc nga malayo pero is not good as here in lasang pinoy. Lutong bahay talaga xa😉 i lived in south east at dinadayo ko p talaga hehehe..at minsan nagkakamali xa na over charge pero binabalik nya basta let her know n may mali tapos mag bibigay xa ng free take away to say sorry un yata ang way nya to apologise sa customers nya i THINK 😁.

Decided to come here while visiting from Brisbane. The quality of the tasty food was only outdone by the warm hospitality my wife, friends and I received. Highly recommended.
