My family and I had dinner there last night, awesome food and great service. Can't rate this pub highly enough!

Just had a great lunch. Fed us and the 3 kids for under $80 including drinks. Food service was quick and food was fantastic. Will happily come back.
We visited the Farmers Arms Hotel for dinner on there opening night..a fabulous vibe and fabulous meal had !
Parmigiana’s were the best we’ve had in a long time and the service was so friendly and quick. Loved the heritage building. We’ll definitely be back!

came in for a drink on Saturday afternoon, ended up staying 8 hours. Smart clean pub, good beer and drinks selection with really friendly staff and great locals.
Ate here, had the steak with peppercorn sauce and the barramundi, both were excellent.
They are also experimenting with cocktails.
Great bottle-o on the side were I grabbed a carry out.
Can't wait to return to St Arnaud to come back to this great place.

Highly recommend visiting! Situated down the road from the main part of town, the pub itself looks warm and inviting, the interior takes you back in time with high ceilings and wonderful hospitality. We were greeted by bar staff as we walked in, they were very accommodating to us as we were wanting dinner (they were busy) and quickly arranged a table for my partner and I. We were amazed by the vast varieties of drinks, you have an endless pick of wine and booze due to the connecting bottle shop (some amazing imported beers to pick from). The food is fresh, tasty and prepared with care. As a starter we shared the garlic cobb with cheese which was delicious. I ordered the chicken parmigiana which was outstanding; really good portion and just the right ratio of chicken, cheese and sauce. My partner had the Rib eye and it was unbelievably tender, cooked to perfection (medium rare) the sides of chips and salads were great (they have a lovely honey mustard type dressing which pairs well with everything). The staff were lovely the whole time; checked in to make sure everything was okay and gave us enough space at the end when we had finished our meals(weren't rushing to clear our plates to get us out). The overall atmosphere was relaxing, warm and welcoming. If you are travelling through would recommend stopping by for a drink but stay for a meal if you have time.
We loved the pub! The beer garden was beautiful, wonderful ambience and so relaxing to chill out with friends on a sunny afternoon. The service was excellent, really friendly, efficient and helpful. I loved the chips, reminded me of the proper chipper chips from home. Will definitely visit again!!!
We came in over the weekend with a group of friends. The beer garden was a lovely spot for a group, very comfortable. Food was great, and there was a good range of beers and wines. Service was friendly. All round a great country pub!
A lovely country pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I love that there’s a real fire and I can’t wait to get back there again in winter to enjoy a cosy meal. Great selection of drinks and lots on the menu for all tastes. We’ll be back.
Great meal and classic pub vibe. Had a problem with my meal.. found a bit of cling wrap. Honest mistake, could have happened anywhere. 5 stars because they handled it well and all the food was delicious.
Beautifully renovated old pub with delicious food and a fabulous selection of beer and wine. The staff are so friendly and fun. 100% recommend this venue for a meal and a few drinks!
