Love Chargrill Charlie's St Ives, super friendly staff who are welcoming and easy to deal with - they have fun social media initiatives. Love the chicken and salad choices, we particularly love the family combo value. Easy parking on both sides of Mona Vale road make this place a favourite of ours.

An amazing shop, with fresh lovely food, and lots of variety. A little expensive, but servings are a decent size (none of the deceptive tubs so many shops seem to use, where the top is twice as wide as the bottom). Service was average. My order of a half chicken and chips took an unusually long time to prepare. Not as good as they use to be.

On the 1st May I bough a family sized chicken meal and extra chips along with other things for dinner from St Ives Store and the chips bag was half empty. When I asked the staff member if it was supposed to be this way, they said yes. I have never baught a bag of fries half empty from your place bef
