I was out for dinner with a friend last week. Looked like a quite popular place with the locals. There a few tables that we're occupied but we were lucky to be seated by the waitress in a cozy little corner by the window. We ordered some edamame, chicken garage and salmon sashimi platter. It was a simple meal but was a treat after a long time of home-cooked meals and takeaway meals. Everything was so delicious. We finished the meal with black sesame ice cream. Just loved it. Am looking forward to going there again soon.
Love this place for a lunch, one of my favourites in the area. Have dined in and takeaway many times..continues to deliver quality food, consistently, and great price 👍👍Here is a pic of the chicken box lunch specials..comes with miso which I already enjoyed.
I have tried most - if not all - the Japanese restaurants in St Ives.
This one is the best in my opinion. Not spectacular but good.
Certainly good value for money and better than most sushi places.
This is a very simple Japanese kitchen. The food is good and relatively inexpensive. Don't go expecting ambiance, its about a quick meal. BYO. Corkage $1.50pp. Bottle shop next door.

Great food for the price, good value for money! The udon and ramen were tasty but the pan fried chicken don was okay. Service was fast and efficient. Would come back for a cheap lunch
Good well priced food. Had to wait a couple minutes to be seated as they cleared other tables.
Food came out a reasonable pace and was yummy.
