We attended their launch party and were treated to samples of their menu, as well as their signature cocktail which went down a treat! The stand outs were the fried chicken, duck bao and lamb sliders. The fit out is sleek and contemporary with a mural of Evie herself at the entrance! Thanks for having us - we will be back!
Note that thefo0die.com rating is a 4.5 but in Zomato's rating system, it is closer to a 5.
Fo0die dined as a guest of Saint Evie and as such, the rating does not give any consideration to customer service.
Straight after work on a gloomy cold Friday, we took route 67 tram from the CBD and arrived at the venue at 6pm. Saint Evie is part of the Crest Hotel group and despite the weather, our hearts were warmed by the story of how the name ‘Saint Evie’ came about.
Exceptionally good food and service. I had the rosti and my boyfriend had salmon and beetroot salad. The chef spoke to us personally about our meals and made us feel incredibly welcome. A real hidden gem, definitely will be returning!
This is definitely an undiscovered gem. Attentive service and delicious food, starting with $12 cocktails!
