Review Domino's Pizza - St Kilda

Got my delivery with a very disturbing message when I opened the box. Called up the store and Jack(don't know if that is his real name) says it was a joke. Really sad that people think it's funny to freak people out like this. :( Update: 24th July 2022. The police have been notified. MARKETING team at HR has been notified. Dominos called to understand the situation. Now what? I want to see how far Zac/Jack think this is funny. Are they accountable of their actions? Do they understand the seriousness of the situation? Do they the damage done? I need to know what action has been taken. I have reported this issue. You know my number!!

This is one of the most convenient fast food places in st kilda. It's ridiculously close to beach. Lunches are always great here. I ordered delivery once which got delivered within an hour (it was worth the wait). Overall a chill vibe at the store with music on. Can't wait for this place to be open for dine-in.

The base wasn’t fully cooked and the ingredients on my pizza tasted funky but I removed the worst bits like the bitter olives and ate the rest unfortunately as it was a home delivery and I was too hungry to return it then. Massive stomach issues the day after that has lasted for over a month. Never ever ever going back here.

Ordered chicken and Camembert pizza for delivery. It arrived late and when it did it was missing toppings and had mayonnaise on top instead of hollandaise. Phone the store to request the correct pizza and the staff member who answered the phone was very rude and refused to send out a new pizza unless I wanted to wait 3 hours. This is the second time we’ve had a disappointing experience with this stores delivery service and customer service. Will not order again.

Don't go here! I ordered delivery and when it was 15 mins past estimated delivery time, I called and got abused by the manager. He said he'd cancel the order and refund my money. He then got so abusive I needed to hang up the call. Pizza arrived 3 HOURS later and I'm still waiting for the refund over a week later. Avoid avoid avoid.

We went to order pizza this afternoon there were a 2 boys there , one is doing something and tall boy sanding ideally. We stand for a long time staff came to take our order there after I call them . Staff took our order and didn’t start making pizza, after 10 minutes staff started making our pizza , place looks so dirty from outside order desk is full with dust later on we get our pizza but we get wrong pizza , staff looks so lazy resist worst staff seen ever in my life.

I never thought id feel the need to review a dominos but here we go: Going on my third year of this dominos being my local sinkhole for 'mmm, not moving from my desk for the rest of the night' meals. They're consistent as far as pizza goes i suppose, a good few hits and misses but for what it is i cant complain there. They've recently taken kindly to my additions of sea animals on my pizza boxes of which i love. so for that, this dominos is 100% approved

This was my “bacon cheese burger” clearly with NO bacon. What a joke. The worst dominos in Melbourne, DONT order here. *update 2022* order my pizza an HOUR ago, still waiting. Called the store, the tracker said “delivered” and they said another 30 minutes and hung up on me? Seriously? reported a complaint to head office. Close this store down.

I was at a hairdresser appointment for 3 hours and 40 minutes last night so it was an emergency stop to the closest pizza place for dinner post. I found the garlic prawn pizza to be tasty though their pizzas are on the smaller side in general. I devoured the entire thing solo in a very speedy fashion which probably isn’t advisable but what can you do

I have never left a 100% negative review of a place .. until now .. Waited over 2 hours, store not answering phones, order tracker not updating. Trying to get my money back from head office. Twitter full of bad reports of mistakes, food poisoning and orders that never arrive from St Kilda Dominos. Go to Port Melbourne Dominos if you can!

I order here regularly because i love Domino's but...<br/><br/>- Its only because I HAVE to order from St Kilda Store as its my local store, I have tried other stores and they say they cant service my area.<br/><br/>- At previous places I have lived I found local Domino's  pizzas and service MUCH better.<br/><br/>- They get the order wrong LITERALLY more than 90% of the time.<br/><br/>- It may be only missing the extra dipping sauce or forgetting a desert but it happens almost every time. <br/><br/>- If you ever order a hot lava cake expect to get it broken and looking like a runny egg with the sauce spilled throughout the box. This happens literally 100% of the time and I have ordered it more than 10 times.<br/><br/>- I Just got a pizza delivered right now and guess what....missing 2 chocolate dipping sauce from the order...did not even come with the standard included one that is supposed to be included.<br/><br/>- This is THE WORST Domino's branch i have ever had the displeasure to be a customer of and at age 35 I have been ordering from Dominos since my teens across 3 states and dealt with well over 20 stores on a regular basis.<br/><br/>- While not a major issue they seem to make the pizzas worse than other Domino's stores somehow. <br/><br/>- THE WORST DOMINO'S BRANCH IN ALL AUSTRALIA IN MY EXPERIENCE.<br/>PS - I order online usually so there is no miscommunication  excuse for getting the order wrong.

So disappointed.  We ordered pizza the other day and the internet said it would take 20-30 minuted... 45 minutes later and we were delivered pizza that had no flavour and chicken that was like rubber. i will never eat from these guys again. ever

Obviously I had a lot of dominos pizza to have collected enough stamps for a free pizza.So I rang to order my pickup and mentioned that I have a coupon, the guy says just bring it in and it should be ok.Once I arrive, they say I already got my free pizza...??so I told him if I had my free pizza don't you think you would have taken the coupon??so then he says, I have to buy one more for the free pizza...WTF?although it was only 7$ somethingI was not gonna pay this guy obviously have no clue about this deal.I know not to expect much from cheap food places but seriouslyget your act together.very bad atmosphere always have homeless or strange characters lurking in the area

Worst Pizza. Legit worst pizza i've ever had.. ordered a spicy pepperoni to be delivered, cost $25- pizza base was so chewy (probably from reheating before it was delivered), the cheese was not properly melted and the toppings were just chucked around the pizza, half my pizza didn't even have jalapenos! and the pieces were cut to the most ridiculous sizes, completely uneven. Worst

Use more topping plz./.. I went here a few times and although service is good,<br/>the pizza lacks topping..<br/>It seems im only eating the pizza base and sauce...

They do Chicken better than the rest. The Char Grilled Chicken Drummettes are awesome!!!<br/><br/>Here's what I think... First time complaint about a pizzas rom dominoes being a little on the cold side and the service was amazing! They didn't question at all, only apologised with a new pizza which was steaming hot and a complimentary drink !! When I asked if they wanted the other pizza the man said no don't be silly. I have cold pizza for tomorrow and a hot pizza tonight! Amazing service and after so many orders from these guys I've never had to complain, the one time I do they over delivered which has blown my socks off .... Thanks guys, great customer service! I'm one happy chappy :)

Such poor service 2 hrs to deliver and apparently couldn't find our place. To much attitude rather than help. A lesson in customer service is to be had.
