Wow, I can't say enough good things about this place. Their bahn mi's are so crunchy and delicious, I haven't had another that could top them. Seriously.. it should win some awards. I can't recommend Bullseye enough! Go there now!!
I have had many Bahn Mi and these are by far the best I have encountered. The $9 price tag gets you an overflowing roll. I highly recommend the Cripsy Pork Bahn Mi, Grilled pork Bahn mi or any of the Pho.
The owner is so nice, friendly and always has a smile on her face which adds to a place like this. It has been a weekly lunch staple for me and will continue to be in the future.

Bullseye will satisfy your Viet cravings for sure. Food comes out quickly so it's great if you're in a rush, and it's well priced.
I've tried the BBQ Chicken Vermicelli and the spring rolls. Everything is super tasty, fresh and good size portions.

Fresh and fragrant Vietnamese street food. Service is fast and friendly and pricing is very reasonable. Tofu, veggie spring roll & noodle salad is delicious.

They have a few vegan options such as spring rolls, tofu rolls, soups and (giant) rice paper rolls.

We saw this and thought we would try it out. We got the crispy pork belly Bahn mi..... it was to die for, crispy bread, lots of flavour, the perfect ratio of meat to salad and that crackle on the pork 😍🤤 certainly will be back for many more in the future!
I love this place, really authentic. Really good food, I love the rolls, good price for a massive roll. The rice paper rolls are bigger than usual as well

I came across this new outlet whilst looking for a place to get some lunch in the struggling Acland/Barkley Street vicinity where quite a few shop lots are vacant.
Despite the brief menu on Zomato highlighting their Bánh mì and noodle salads, Bullseye do have a more extensive menu onsite, offering phở and other noodle soup options, rice paper rolls, etc.
First time round, I had a takeaway of large rare beef phở, pork spring roll and iced coffee. The broth wasn’t the best I’ve had, but still had a good flavour profile. It was clean and fresh on the palate, as were the other components that were very generous, and the spring roll was decent and meaty. So overall, it was an enjoyable meal and the iced coffee was good!
I came back with a colleague the next time, and we had the braised pork roll with crackling and roast pork rice paper roll with a coffee each whilst snacking on a handful of pork crackling on the walk back. The pork roll was fantastic - fresh crusty bread roll, delicious sweet braised pork slices and really crunchy pork cracklings! The rice paper roll and it’s dipping sauce were equally as tasty.
Unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t as good that day. It was too milky, making any trace of coffee almost undetectable.
Service though has been lovely both times, and despite the inconsistency with the coffee, I see myself as a recurring customer.
Came here few times, had satay chicken banh mi and the beef pho. Both delicious and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back!
We stumbled upon this place by accident and we were so pleased. The food was excellent. The banh mi sandwich we ordered was massive!! We also got a large wonton soup which had a delicious sweet broth. Great value for the quantity and quality of food we received.
Not sure why there's a single bad review. Food was bloody amazing. Ambience was wonderful. Shop is clean and staff friendly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious. Bern twice now and each time ordered the Mad House, braised pork with crackling. Cheap, fast and so tasty!! The staff are lovely too.

Super happy with these Banh mi’s. Delish. I prefer the bread rolls from my usual place in bentleigh but the toppings, sauces and over flavour of these are delicious! Apologies for the terrible pics. But we were super hungry and I didn’t want to risk taking them out of the bag to loose any ingredients! 😂
Excellent Bahn mi, a bit on the expensive side but good value as they really pack it heavy with good quality pork and crackling. Flavours are on point!
The banh mih is so good and generous. A small local place always busy, but u never feel in a Rush, as the service is lovely. Staff is Very friendly and always helpful. Crispy pork banh mi, the fav of the house and if u r a Lil bit more hungry the pho is a must, and also the Rice with veggies is lovely. Good price, quality and service. Like in Vietnam. Simply amazing ♥️

The spring rolls are larger than your normal small ones & yummy.
Personally not a fan of the Pho.
The rice dishes with the omelette, veg & choice of meat are yum, satisfying & filling too.
Service can be hit & miss on somedays & at times, they miss items of your order for take away, so check before you leave, but apart from that, it's a good place to get your Vietnamese Roll fix.
