Came here for brunch the first weekend they opened. I was intrigued by the pumpkin and sweet potato dumplings and eggs on avo toast which I was hoping we're actually gyoza-style dumplings. Instead, they were more like fritters which wasn't as unique but still really good. The pesto drizzled over the fish really made it. Also got the fritters- they were pretty big and filling with chunks of corn throughout. Ended up settling for a coffee but really wanted to try the cacao ginger superfood drink from calmer sutra. Highlight of the visit was that as we left, the waiter offered us a free macadamia Doughboys donut as they couldn't be sold the next day. He also told us about a special $12 ayce dumpling night that they're hosting. You can bet I'll be back for that, and perhaps ordering a side of avo toast to put my dumplings on top of. π
Such a cute little cafe in St Kilda π I accidentally spilled my coconut drink all over my dish but luckily the staff were nice enough to replace it for free β€οΈ~ glad they replaced it because those sweet potato dumplings with smashed avo were so tasty ππΌ
